    Elote Fritter, house coffee

I watched the bakers make elote fritters through the window and then thought about them for the next 90 minutes before I went back to get one, and a cup of coffee. So worth it-- as good as it looked, and coffee in a real mug without having to ask for it. The inside is pleasant and minimalist with lots of work space. The vibe is more adult than family. Only minus: the music. Elevator jazz.

3 Fold Bakery is a beautiful, spacious, clean bakery for artisan pastries and good coffee! Their vegetable tartine is as delicious as its presentation. The business owner, Sarah, is super sweet along with the staff. Highly recommend you stop on by. There are plenty of seating for all party sizes. Good parking around as well! What a neighborhood gem ready to be serve Oak Park and Chicago pastry enthusiasts.

Their coffee and pistachio croissant were not good. Though, I would go back specifically for their other classic pastries and maybe try their matcha. The filling inside most of the pastries was overpowering, but the classic and chocolate croissants would be perfect. The stars of the show were definitely the quiches - the sweet potato and goat cheese, and the bacon and mushroom. They were very filling and the crust was buttery and flaky. I suggest you go earlier on the weekends as there is usually always a line and folks order multiple pastries. There is seating available but that also fills up quickly on the weekends.

I went in thinking 3Fold would be another standard cafe, but I was proven completely wrong! The space is modern and sleek, and although there was a line due to the recent opening, it moved relatively fast. The drinks were great, but the pastries were even better. Both the lemon meringue and vanilla pain perdu were amazing. You can really tell there is an award-winning chef in the kitchen and his wife running a great front-of-the-house!

What a wonderful addition to Oak Park. Pastries are crisp, flakey perfection- the raspberry and cream is a stand out!

Almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and blueberry fritter

Loved this place. Will definitely come back. Beautiful pastries. Beautiful space. Good American. Blueberry fritter was my favorite.

Two croissants. One bisected on the left, one top view on the right.

Vibes were a bit off but I think they put all their joy inside the croissants because those were spot on, perfect, 10/10.

Tasty cream filled raspberry Croissant (in my house, not the restaurant

Great pastries. Good coffee. Not cheap but worth it. Always seems busy. Good location near Green Line Ridgeland station.

The pastries were some of the best we have had. The coffee was solid as well, we will definitely be going back for more

Had a delish quiche for lunch and a divine croissant with coconut, pineapple and passion fruit filling.
