Whether I have questions about anatomy or aftercare, they always explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed or confused. I'll mentally prepare for it to hurt and then suddenly they're like "all done!" and I'm sitting there like "oh, that wasn't bad at all" haha. After I signed in, they gave me an estimated wait time. Since it's CASH ONLY, I let them know I needed to pull money out, and the woman taking names was super nice she took my number and said she'd text me when there were about five people ahead of me. That was such a great system because I was able to wait outside instead of being cramped inside the shop. When I got the text, I went back in and waited comfortably. They have couches and plenty of standing room, so it didn't feel crowded at all. They had about four artists working, so the line was moving steadily. The shop itself was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe with good music playing. When it was my turn, I was assigned an artist and it happened to be the same one I had last time, Jessica! I loved that it just worked out that way through rotation. She placed the stencil, made sure I was happy with it, and got to work. We chatted while she tattooed, and before I knew it, she was done. It felt like it was missing something and I kept looking for something to add onto it. Brian helped me brainstorm ideas but ultimately suggested that by filling in the shading of the black treble clef and adding more color gradient to the poppies might make it feel complete.
