We got the chicken and I was disappointed they weren't more flavorful. Pizza is still just as fresh. The service is still excellent. I placed an online order for pickup and paid ahead. The confirmation said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I gave them extra time and arrived about 35 minutes after ordering. When I got to the counter, I was told they never received my order in their system-even though the money had already been taken out of my account. I was also told they couldn't issue a refund since they had no record of it. The explanation kept circling back to their "new computer system." I chose to wait while they remade my pizza, but as I stood there, I watched multiple orders get delayed or completely derailed. One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Only tjing i wish they would bring back is the 1/2 order of fries, if i want wings then commin side that goes with wings are fries. 1lb is too many to order with the smallest order of wings. Also would be a great way to upsell folks on fries when they order wings . Service was good but drinks should never go empty on a slow day and a customer shouldnt have to ask for a refill. I do not think we would have killed a vampire with the amount of garlic given, as we're expecting and so few olives and garlic in the Vampire Killer pizza. The crust was really great! The pizza and appetizers- garlic fries and wings are hot and good. This is a place we used to go to pretty regularly but haven't been to in a while. We figured we would go back today. The food was very good, as usual. We got our 2 usual pizzas - the Vampire Killer and the Big Spender (I think that's what it's called). We also got an appetizer of garlic knots. The food at this place is always very good, right up there with Lost Pizza Co. One thing to note is that it was a long, long, long, loooooong wait. Several other people came in after us and left before us. Also, our appetizer came AFTER our pizzas did. Oh well, it let the pizza cool down while we are the appetizer. It's always fun inside the place, but don't go there expecting it to be quiet. They have arcade machines with games like Pac-Man, Centipede, etc., as well as claw machines and the ilk. The people there also tend to be relatively loud. One table next to us had a kid that didn't seem to stop screaming - granted, this isn't the fault of the restaurant, but still something to keep in mind. read more

Love the old school style of being waited on by service staff, and Hannah was great as our waitress. Tried the garlic knots and the are a must for a starter. I had been told before that the knots are a hit, and I 100% agree. We came in for a Friday night pizza night, and we weren't the only ones to have the same idea. We knew exactly what we wanted before we even walked in, so when our waitress came to take our drink orders and asked if we knew what we wanted we were ready: "2 garlic knots, a large vampire killer and a large big spender". Well, I guess you get punished for ordering all at once because several other tables came and went while we waited. We didn't hear from our waitress until our food came out. When the food did come, it came all came at once so instead of having garlic knot appetizers then the pizzas a bit later we got everything all at once. The food was very good as usual for here. It's pretty loud inside Three Guys anyway but we had a kid right behind us who was unnecessarily loud the entire time he was there, screaming and banging things on the table and throwing things. Parents didn't care though, I guess if they had to suffer through it so did everyone else in the joint. Can't really fault the restaurant for that though. So yeah it's like between three and four mainly because 1) it took a long time - longer than others around us 2) apps and pizzas all came at once and 3) one member of the patty had to ask for more beverage, that shouldn't happen. read more

We stayed in town for the night while traveling and stopped in for dinner. Our server was David and he was chill. He messed up our order and quickly fixed it, we appreciated the honesty.
