Lost is my go to pizza spot when I'm in Memphis. This time i decided to order from the Southaven location and I regret it drastically. I placed my order via Local, which was easy. The wait time was only like 20 minutes. My pizza looks uncooked. My Popeye pizza barely has any toppings and I paid for sun-dried tomatoes and got regular :( There is no way my pizza's looked similar in the box. One was regular sauce and the other Alfredo. We've eaten here a lot. The pizza is good. Sometimes great. The place is always busy. They serve beer and it's a fun and kinda quirky establishment. I don't like that you have to ask for silverware. What happened this Lost Pizza location? for several years it was my favorite pizza in the area, but no more. The young female obviously did not care anything about customer service. I ordered a thick crust Otis. The pizza I ordered was thin crust and had almost no meat or cheese. Plus, it was overcooked to the point of being crispy. Service was extremely slow even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. The young female who took my order also brought the finished pizza. When she brought it she pretty much just plopped it down on the table and started walking off. Great pizza but the timing is for shit. My point - we (4 of us) ordered a cheese bread appetizer and 4 individual pizzas, 3 thin and 1 thick. First came 1 thin, then a couple minutes later our cane thins 2 and 3. A couple more minutes later the thick. Does it seem like I forgot the breadsticks? I didn't but the staff sure did. This Lost Pizza Co. is seriously lost. Hopefully they can find themselves and start providing more quality food. This was my first time visiting the Southaven, MS location. We started with the hot tamales and boneless wings as appetizers. They were average tasting but I would not order them again. We ordered a thin crust Kujo Pizza (something I've had multiple times at other locations). Don't get me wrong, the toppings were plenty BUT placed on the pizza inconsistently. The sausage was also weird, super chunky and there were way too much on the pizza AND the cheese was severely lacking. To top it off, the pizza was just barely warm when it was brought out. After a few slices, I just got disgusted. I've gone to Lost Pizza in Indianola, MS and Cleveland, MS and this location was subpar to both. read more

I try to give restaurants a break because one bad aspect shouldn't reflect poorly on the restaurant as a whole HOWEVER, nothing positive remotely comes to mind regarding our visit. We eat at our local Lost Pizza weekly so we chose to eat at the one in Southaven while in town and it is definitely not ran the same. It was busy but not overly, there were empty tables the entire time we were here but service was terrible. My son and I were finished with our food and I had to ask about my husbands personal size pizza before he ever got it. When ordering we had to change our order several times because she kept telling us they were out of everything we had tried to order - at least 5 items at this point, no sign or anything to notify customers. We got our cups and were then told that they were out of ice so the tea and lemonade would be hot. My son does not drink any type of soft drink so he was going to drink his sweet tea hot, got to the tea and got a few drops of sweet tea and you guessed it, it was out also. We sat at our table and had to get condiments and paper towels off of another table since ours didn't have any. Once our salads came the lettuce was brown - very much past serving condition. We ended up with about half a salad each by the time we each got out the bad lettuce. I ordered the baked spaghetti and it was not baked - maybe stuck in the microwave to melt the very small amount of cheese but the dish was not baked. Sauce was cold and there was absolutely no seasoning or taste to my dish nor my sons chicken Alfredo. Not one staff member ever questioned the large pile of brown lettuce on the table, never asked how our food was or spoke to us after we got our food. We will NEVER be back to this location. Fantastic pizza joint! Very chill atmosphere. Great for family also. The service is friendly and fast. My wife wanted to try a Tangerine Mikes Hard Lemonade and the cashier went to grab one out of the unopened case just specifically for her. The pizza is much better than the "chain" places. We have been to this location a couple of times and both times I have been pretty pleased with the food and the service. I dig the "quick service" feel by ordering at the counter along with the self serve drinks. It allows my kids the ability to get what they want without any fuss and you don't have to wait on anyone to bring you anything. Just don't forget silverware. This last visit my wife ordered for all of us. She ordered Tamales to start with. I am a bit of a Tamale snob so I have to admit I was scared eating them here. I anticipated the worst but was pleasantly surprised by the dish. They were actually good. They aren't your Mexican Tamales but the Delta style. They were steamed well and assembled correctly with just the right amount of heat and chili flavor. We also had a few pizzas to share and they were also good. Not the best by any means but a solid pie none the less. The BBQ pizza was probably the best we had because we had the kids to we had Cheese, Hawaiian, and Pepperoni. We had the BBQ on the Thick Crust and it was pretty awesome actually. This place has been my favorite pizza in Desoto county for a few years. Today and the past couple times I came here, not as good. I paid for a large pizza. They brought my grandsons small personal pizza out first and the cheese was easily melty. He picked up a piece and cheese was melted and looked like it should. My wife and I pizza came out and it was lukewarm. Cheese was meted but not melty. I told them I expect pizza to be hot when I'm sitting 30 feet from the pizza oven. I've had delivery that was warmer than this. The pizza was dry as a bone....not enough sauce...and overcooked. They said they could throw it back in the oven or make another. Didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes so I said if you can warm it up without burning it. It came out hotter but toppings were dried out and cheese still didn't melt. There is ample space between tables, you wont be too close for comfort when sitting near other patrons. The staff is very friendly. The pizzas come in 3 sizes, individual, medium and large. You can pick from the menu or create your own. The crusts are thick crust or thin. Im not sure if they do anything other than traditional style. The Southaven location never has a manager of any kind on site. The teenagers seem to run the place and therefore you are at the mercy of their timeframe which is nothing but talking amongst themselves. This evening while we were in we ordered toasted ravioli and a pizza... simple enough, right? Well the toasted ravioli came out with the pizza and were so hard we couldn't cut them. We've learned not even complain as there is no one there to deal with the issue. They apologized but didn't offer anything to fix their error. Stopped by here off a whim. Pizza was a solid B+. I got the thin crust which was a good choice. Service was good and the pizza didn't take long to deliver. Eaten here many times and pizza is average to above average. I just walked in at 7:15 PM on 11/27/20 and the only person wearing a mask that works there was the cashier to protect themselves. None of the people in the kitchen nor anyone moving the pizza from the window to the counter and serving drinks had a mask on.
