Everything Floral has been our "go-to" florist since we moved to the East Dundee area. Valentines, Anniversaries, Birthdays etc...Debbie and her team have been our ABSOLUTE favorite!! My husband and I got married in September 2023. OF COURSE Everything Floral was first on our mind! Debbie and her team made us feel so special (as always) and were just as excited as we were when we asked them to PLEASE do our Wedding Flowers! Everything Floral is outstanding. They love what they do and have a real passion and gift for doing it. We ordered a wrist corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. He had a navy blue suit and she had a pink dress. When no one else had a solution for navy blue flowers. Everything floral was able to put silk flowers in with real flowers to make it absolutely perfect. You can see from the picture that the flowers tied in his suit to her dress. They are absolutely beautiful and now the silk flowers will be a keepsake for her. We had a little hiccup with the wrist bouquet, and Debbie at Everything Flowers absolutely stepped up and helped us. I've been a long time customer of Everything Floral and continue to be impressed from floral arrangements, deliveries, to problem solving when in a pinch! Over a decade ago, when purchasing from another florist, my high school prom date's boutonniere was essentially over bloomed and looked awful. Crisis averted when we called Everything Floral who not only saved the day, but also provided us with a replacement free of charge as an act of kindness. It was beautiful with orchids, which was so much more beautiful than what the other florist put together in the first place. I moved away from the area but stopped by on a whim when I saw the open sign a bit after the typical store hours advertised on the window. The team gladly welcomed me in, helped me put together some custom pieces and absolutely made my day! The flowers were beautifully arranged and they ever specially wrapped my arrangements when I noted I wanted to bring home a bouquet for my mom. This is the type of local florist I love to support! They care so much about each customer and go above and beyond to make your day!! Not to mention, the arrangements are reasonably priced, unique, and smell great! I loved the old program they had years ago with a bouquet a month deal- it was a punch card and was great for gifts. I hope they bring it back one day! Hired this company for my wedding floral. The morning of my wedding they went to pick up and the order and it was not correct and they didn't realize until almost getting to our house. After going back and retrieving what they thought was the rest of the order they got back to the house and the order was still not correct. The owner then had to drive to the house and bring the remaining items. If you are hoping for a stress free wedding morning I would not recommend. In reply : Don't take appointments on Sunday if you are going to throw that in the clients face. I never even knew you weren't open on sundays because you said it would not be a problem. You never told me about the up charge in cases until I called a couple days before my wedding confirming my order and you told me it would cost more. That is unprofessional and I should have been told that in the beginning when I declined using your vases. You did not call the first time the order was wrong I noticed it and sent my grandmother back. After that you then realized you missed more and then had to come to my house. This business is not well run nor organized in the slightest. Blaming your mistakes on the customer is never right. Just own up to what you did wrong. read more

Once again I have received flowers for my birthday that are dead in less than a week. I do agree their arrangements are beautiful, but they do not last. This arrangement is only mums. I could go to Jewel and buy mums and they'd still be alive and beautiful two weeks later. Buyer beware. They don't last. Every single year I get flowers for my birthday from the same person who buys them from here. And every single year they don't last. I understand that we are in Covid times, and having a birthday during extreme cold temps isn't ideal, but our experience was not good. Had to call twice to ensure delivery, low-end flowers no fragrance to them at all and when they died a few days later and I threw them away, I noticed a big chip and crack in the vase. I purchased flowers from 800-Flowers and they used Everything Floral as the florist. I purchased a large, beautiful arrangement for my mothers birthday, which is very sentimental to me. What she received looked like a 3 year old threw it together! Only 4 rose and a whole bunch of fillers. When I called the girl was unprofessional and told me to deal with 800-Flowers, which I did and once the saw the pictures, they refunded me right away. I spoke to the owner, though it is not her fault, she kept telling I should use a florist and then had the nerve to say "even though I'm out the money, keep the towers"...WHAT? We went to Everything Floral to order our family flowers for my mom's funeral. The service and quality of product went above and beyond our expectations! The ordering process was seamless, Mary Jo was extremely helpful and attentive. We requested a special order flower for the casket spray, and she said they would try but couldn't guarantee. They are always helpful and willing to spend alot of time with you finding the right arrangement or gift. Even when phone is ringing they will continue to help and pay attention to your needs. I had my first experience with them this week, and was so impressed. I requested specific flowers which NO other florists had, and they had them. On the day of delivery, I learned there was a problem with the recipient. I called the shop and Dawn got the driver on the line and re-routed him to a really hard-to-find address. I know this is well above and beyond the call of duty, and I SO APPRECIATE IT. The recipient was having a really awful day and the flowers really cheered her up. It did cost me a little more than your typical mass-market online florist, but the service was top knotch. Totally worth it in my book. read more

My experience was wonderful! When I tried to use the $20 for $10 voucher online it wouldn't go through, so I gave the store a call and the person I spoke with was SO helpful and made sure when I placed the order the discount would be applied! I also had to change the date of delivery AND put in a request for it to be delivered before a certain time, all of which they were able to do! The prices were more than reasonable as well. Awful is all I can say!! Apparently, they attempted a delivery while I was out running errands. When I got their message, I immediately called them back only to find out they have a POLICY that they don't redeliver. I told the lady that I didn't agree to the policy as I had no idea about the policy plus I DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE MAKING A DELIVERY. Had I known, I would have rearranged my schedule. CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A RIDICULOUS POLICY. She proceeded to tell my how busy she was. Quite frankly, I didn't want to hear it. I'm busy too, but I don't tell the world about this. I would hope they are busy at this time of year. She wanted me to pick up the delivery. I said no as the person sending the item paid for delivery. Needless to say, the item wasn't delivered. My kind person doing this for us got a full refund. Ridiculous. Don't do business with these people. Terrible!! I would suggest that they go back to charm school/customer service training as they don' get it. read more
