She rudely explained that any issues we had "sucked but it wasnt her problem." Even if these issues we addressed to her "werent her problem," she didnt have to be completely rude and dismissive. She could've politely explained the policy, but instead chose to rudely tell us "that sucks but it isnt my problem" multiple times. I bought a product, and within 24 hours of having it and WITHOUT EVEN GETTING TO USE IT, realized it was damaged and defective.
