I have been dealing with NorthShore for many years now. It all started when I ordered what resulted in being the wrong product for my needs at the time. I called and chatted with a representative about what I wanted and I was able the return the wrong item and order the correct product as a result of the conversation. Whenever I call inquiring about a new product I am sent samples to try. Over the years, my preferred product has changed, either because of Issues I was having or a new product being available. I have always received friendly, courteous service whenever I called. They have easy access to past orders and placing a new order is always easy. The order is usually received the next day which has always surprised me. The only chore is getting the big boxes into the house but then my cats enjoy the boxes! At one point during this time I became aware of another company that sold incontinence products and advertised services they offered. I decided to give them a try and had problems with them routinely (wrong quantities, opened packages). I didn't realize until then what great service NorthShore provided. It is hard to come up with anything different than what is in every one of the reviews but to add to that having my products on my door step in two days is unblievable seeing as most times I place my order after 4:00PM CST and before I can get my order printed out my In-Box has my Order Confrimation E-Mail. I also seem to wait till the last minute to place my order but I have yet to place an order that wasn't completly filled no back orders or delays, AMAZING! I use a varity of their products: Abena M4, both of the Abena pull up briefs, both of the Abena boosters, the small contour booster from Tranquility, and the NorthShore Care Large contour booster which may seem kind of strange to most but my needs vary depending if it is sleeping all through the nite, staying home all day, or a full day of running around. NorthShore Care has me covered, no going to 2 or 3 different places it's one stop shopping to take care of what can be a bewildering problem. I have ordered the Soothe & Cool No-Rinse spray for several years, and it is the best available! I have also been using the Elyte Extra Pure Cotton pads and they have been the answer to allergic reaction(s) of some kind I have had from other pads. They are completely chemical-free and I am so grateful NorthShore is carrying them. I have recently begun purchasing the Pure Cotton Pre-Moistened Baby Wipes and those have proven to be excellent, as well. I have found Customer Service to be extremely helpful (Adam, in particular) and although some of the products may be slightly more expensive than on other sites, I am very happy staying with NorthShore as a repeat customer. I have been ordering from NorthShore for quite a while. My wife is bedridden with MS and uses the Tranquility ATN diapers and wipes. Both products are top quality,a bit expensive,but I rather pay a little more for a quality product !!! When I call to order I speak to two wonderful young ladies, Nancy and Lisa....so nice to always hear a pleasant voice each and every time I call.They are very professional, always get the orders right and make sure the products get to my house across the country in two days !!! I have been buying the Abena briefs for my mother for many years through NorthShore Care Supply. The quality of the briefs is outstanding. It was important that my mother woke in the morning with dry pajamas and a clean bed, which she does because I found these briefs at NorthShore. The service is incredible, you order one day and the box arrives two to three days later.... What I really like is when they occasionally offer "free shipping"....I take advantage of this and order more than my normal amount because the normal shipping fee is over $16.00....which is a lot along with the $$$ of the briefs. I have a medical condition that requires the use of adult diapers and I use Northshore almost exclusively for my incontinence needs. The packages are delivered fast and in unmarked boxes. I never had any problems with this company. I see some negative reviews but it looks like most of them are from people who ordered the wrong product for their condition. I just ordered a case of Abena L4 adult diaprers from Northshore and if you don't mind diapers that are a bit thick they provide the best protection for bowel incontinence. I have ordered the premium bed chux twice from NorthShore Care Supply and will continue to use their store. I am actually using them as doggy pads because they are cheaper and they do a good job. My orders have come on time and they are packaged well. If using these for human use, they are sealed in manageable groups and I am always confident they are very sanitary. The average drug store is very spotty about what it offers, and grocery stores are FAR worse. I find that NorthShore carries the products I need. The packaging comes in boxes that do not embarrass me. I find the customer service is above board. I have ordered from NorthShore since my SCI 13 years ago and have never once had a problem. I have recommended NorthShore to friends and relatives who need similar products. Excellent company! Excellent products! When my Mom broke her hip and she was in rehab, the nurses were using Surecare. We had been relying on the store brands. Once we were introduced to Surecare there was no going back. She needs an overnight heavy duty diaper and NorthShore care recommended Tranquility. A lifesaver! I like when they have comparisons of products. I also like knowing how much absorbency the disposable underpads have. I can get almost all of my incontinence products here. I would like some stronger hygiene bags (like Heaven Scent) on the site. I find ordering easy. Once my son started to receive Medicaid benefits, I was told we had to chose from a sub-par variety of diapers and I couldn't order from NorthShore anymore. So, we self-pay and order the best products for my son's needs. I have not had a delay on my delivery once, and when I call, I simply say, "send me the usual", and it's there.
