I really do like this Car Wash. It's nice that they have full service since we don't really have too many full service Car Wash here. They do a pretty good job with cleaning the outside and inside and they really do take pride in their work. I don't mind paying 30-40 bucks for someone to clean the inside as well. I had an excellent experience at this business today! When I drove up, Heather greeted me and was very friendly and helpful! When I looked at my car, five people were working on it! It looked amazing inside and out! I recently took it to an automatic car wash and wasn't nearly as happy with the quality. They also told me that I would need to take it to Macon if I wanted the inside cleaned. However, at Dr. Wash, they did an outstanding job inside and out! The reviews are correct it took 45 minutes for them to call me afterwards. Pros: -Decent waiting area -Outside of my car was clean -Carpet looked better than when I purchased the car. Cons: -45 minute wait -Staff inside wasn't friendly -Dashboard was have wiped down -Cup holder area wasn't cleaned at all -Under the seat & in the cracks still had some dirt By dirt I mean dust, bottom of shoes, some crumbs. For a 45 minute wait I did expect the whole car to be spotless, to not touch areas at all is unacceptable. I heard of one near Stockbridge that does a much better job for $22. read more

So I decided to stop coming here. I've been getting mine and my husband's truck washed here about once a month or every other month for the past 2 years. I always get the manager special for 50 dollars but now I find myself paying 60 for the same wash and my car is not any dirtier than the norm. My stamp-card is no longer honored after continuously coming. I feel a little cheated and deceived as it was a motivation to come and I was looking forward to my complimentary earned wash at the end of it. Service is terrible you have to wait 2 hours for them to wash a vehicle with two doors. Just for it to still be dirty. It's unacceptable that they can't do a simple task in two hours. They do a really good job. I gave them a 4 star because they went from $40 to $50 to hand wash a mid size SUV because they don't want to drive it inside because of possible rim damage. Thankfully I've never needed to post CAUTION about a business in Henry County until today.. I went to Dr Wash Carwash today in McDonough off of 81 to have my oil changed and the Caucasian guy who looked to be in his 50s in the oil center tried to run me a "special deal". I told him I wanted the regular synthetic oil for $30 something and he said "I'll tell you what. I'll give you the $69.99 full synthetic oil for $30 today. Just between us." I said "oh how does that work?" He said "Well I just really need the money quite honestly. Just leave $15 in your car for me." Didn't fall for it. And when I told him I also needed to get my car washed inside and out he froze and made sure it was clear that I couldn't have that deal he offered and said "Oh. That deal was just between you and me okay?" Of course he probably planned to give me the regular synthetic and pocket change or rip off the oil company! I went over to the car wash side and informed the manager and she confirmed that he was indeed trying to scam me and she took my name and number. The cashier lady I also talked to said she's heard of these things happening there several times! I just read up on several terrible things happening at this place.... Their rating is HORRIBLE. I wouldn't advise going there and I can't believe the place is still open! Seems like mostly elderly customers in the waiting room which saddens me because they are more likely to be the ones scammed as it's more difficult for them to access social media and research these places Please inform your grandparents/parents! DON'T GO HERE... As my car was going thru the automated car wash somehow the roller that pushes your car went under the tire. This happened at least 3 times. I'm watching my car bounce up and down as the push rollers go under my tires and not pushing it. I yelled to the owner something was wrong and as soon as she ran out the door one of the rollers finally stayed behind my tire and pushed it the rest of the way. After the gentleman finished detailing it, which he did do a good job, I drove next door to TNT meats and looked the over. I have black rims and I noticed pretty quick that the back driver rim was scuffed up pretty good. I went back and showed the owner and she said i couldn't prove that when my car was bouncing in the machine was what messed my rim up and that is not her problem and there was nothing she could do about it. So long story short I will never recommend nor will I ever go back there again. The owner seen my car bouncing and completely blew off the notion that my rim was damaged due to her machine malfunctioning. Don't waste your time or money going here. I have been there a few times for exterior washing and it was fair. Recently I Went to have a rear carpet cleaned specifically for pet odor in rear floor. All they did was soak the carpet with a nasty liquid. It took days to dry and didn't work. $60 for no results. Now, I hear from neighbors that they are not honoring the Boy Scout and High School fund raising discount cards that they agreed to. Last Christmas my mother-in-law gave my wife a $72 gift card for this place. Today they finally tried to use it. There's no expiration date on the card. They refused to honor it, and also refused to give the card back. They stole from an 85-year-old woman, and were snotty about it. They pretended to call "corporate" about the issue, but they are the only corporate headquarters listed. I was greeted by a young lady entering. I found this place by accident bc the car wash on race track rd was having machine issues. I paid $21.98 for the interior and exterior car wash. I was pleased. They give you the opportunity to look over your car before you exit. So, please do a walk around and view the interior of your car. I had a few slip ups, but I made it a point to have them clean every spot that was obvious on the interior of my Bettle. My goodness... Please do a walk around your car. This place is an absolute joke. I went in on a Saturday morning to get an oil change at the attached Quick Lube. I should've known something was up, it was completely empty. There was no one to be found. I walked next door to what appeared a deserted restaurant to find two young car wash/ lube employees laying on the counter cuddling! The guy sat up and pointed me to the "office/employee lounge" next door. As soon as I walked in, everyone looked at the door, all appeared to be employees in blue shirts; about 8-10 younger people. No greeting, No "How can I help you?", nothing. A few were sitting at the tables eating and chatting. Others were on their phones and walking around. I walked to the counter and asked the cashier for the price of an oil change. She pulled out a Hand Written Photocopied menu of prices . She flipped through the menu in an attempt to answer my question and could not locate the the price of an oil change for the lube! Really!? After a few moments I decided to leave frustrated and confused as to what kind establishment this was exactly! I concluded that it was not an establishment at all, just a joke! read more

I have been using this car wash for years. I own a small business and we have used them for my company vehicles also. They have new ownership and when I drove in today the price posted was 21.95. He said it would be 24.95. I asked why. He said it was because I have an SUV. I have a Scion hatchback small exonomy car. I told him this was a hatchback and in a smart ass way he said because of the extea window. There is no extra window. This guy looked beat up and when I asked to speak to the manager or owner he said I am the owner (I doubt it) For 3 dollars he has lost my business and we will never take any of our 15 company vehicles there again. This place is okay as long as they don't hit your car while having it cleaned and go and edit their video, which is very obvious!!! I went to have my car cleaned on September 22 at 12:00 pm. My car was hit in the back, I realized it shortly after I got home. I went back and the lady at front desk and a attendant were very understanding, he wrote up a incident report and told me to come back Monday when the owner would be there to watch the video together. Between my son and I, we have made 5 attempts to meet with the owner to watch video to resolve this issue. Seems like each time we show up or call he is conveniently not there or has just left! Since the owner is soo hard to track down! What is the manager there for?? So now I have ask for a police officer to escort me to request to watch the video!! This wasn't even necessary! If people could just do their job! I understand accidents happen, but own up to it and correct the problem and move on with your business, life people!! I didn't come in and spend $30.00 to have my car hit and then to be ignored!! I will never go back to Dr. Wash again!! Well I just got a call from my son that met the officer that got to watch the video. He said there is a 20 second clip missing and when it comes back on, my car is shaking. Now mind you that I have a Durango, a larger car!! So it had to have been hit pretty hard to shake the way he described it! And of course, since I didn't notice it until I got home, which I went straight home! It is a civil matter, but since they have had their video guy edit the video to hide their mistake, it really doesn't matter. Car was fine when I got in it (i know because I have to walk in front of it to get in) went through the carwash at 4:30 and came back home. My hood had multiple scratches Went up there to talk to manager was told that they weren't liable for their machine and there was NOWAY their machine could have made the scratches. Save your money and wash it yourself. I paid for the hand wash only to watch my car get washed with a brush. If I wanted my car washed with a brush I would've had it sent through the automatic wash. My wheels were still dirty and there was a smudge below my driver door. When I asked about the smudge I was told "it was sticky and wouldn't come off". Needless to say when I got home I used some rubbing alcohol and it came right off. Never again will they wash anything I own. read more

This is the worst car wash service in McDonough, Ga!!!! I drive a 2015 Dodge Durango this was my first time here. When I pulled up the worker asked to open my back door. After she opened the door and I walked inside with my husband and daughter another attendant came to us and stated that we have to pay an additional $6.00 for a "dirty charge" because the attendant didn't look in the back seat and it was "too dirty". I told them that I wasn't going to pay an additional $6.00 and I took the attendant to the other worker that checked my backseat and she stated that she did look in the back seat and that it was fine. After speaking with the manager she stated the owner felt like the back seat was too dirty and that we could either pay the $6.00 or leave. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't honor the original set price and that they would rather lose business for $6.00. The owner refused to talk to me and the manager was very rude and that's when I noticed not to many cars were there and I guess this is the reason why. I didn't know people are suppose to clean their own car out before they go to a car wash lol.
