Do you truly believe the majority of people need their piano inspection to be tax deductible or insurance worthy? I just want to know if the piano I found online is a good buy for me. Tell me yes or no, plain and simple. The tech I did hire went with me to a VERY large piano store in the suburbs, and while he didn't like the piano I initially had chosen, he quickly inspected 5 others and FOUND an amazing one. If I had hired you, you would have sat there for an hour and written your "report" and insurance worthy appraisal on the first piano, and wouldn't have seen any others. Am I correct? I would need to hire you AGAIN for a second and third and fourth "inspection". How do I know about this you ask? Because I met another person that mentioned this about you. In my opinion other tuners/tech give a ton more value than Radfords. Do yourself a favor and look through the sneaky advertising, marketing . His prices are way higher than the rest, and he has a clever way to make it sound like you NEED that extra expensive service. In reality 99.9% of people don't.

He is full of knowledge about a variety of tuning techniques and types of tunings (there are surprisingly many different ways to tune a piano.) He is truly an expert in his field. Any musician seeking a top-shelf technician who has the full expertise to keep their instrument in the best shape will do well to have Carl care for their piano. We cannot recommend him highly enough. And best part? When he is finished tuning your piano, he'll give you a mini-concert while he confirms all is as it should be. He is as accomplished a musician as he is a technician. You may find cheaper, but you will never find better.

The staff wasn't pushy in the least bit and we looked for over 30 minutes without being bothered. They have payment plans and work with a local bank if you need to make more than one payment. We bought the piano on a Saturday and had it cleaned and tuned to our house by Thursday. Definitely recommend!

I called and spoke to Robert who told me our crew was in Springfield and would be heading our way after they were done unloading. As the day unfolded the time tentatively changed to 1-2pm. I called a few more times in the afternoon and no one answered. I later got a text from Robert that stated "Let give them a call now sorry I have no service ". I never heard back until several hours later in the late afternoon. I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.
