The inside looks like a cafeteria but it stays busy. We were seated quickly although it seemed packed. They have a good amount of menu options and cross out what isn't available. They also have drink options that our server listed to us. To start, we ordered the lobster empanadas and sangria. The empanadas were delicious! Very tasty and fresh. The sangria however, was not great. It just tasted like juices that don't really work together. I couldn't taste the wine. We ordered the roasted pork and skirt steak. The steak was really tasty, and juicy. But the roasted pork was very dried and hard. It had some good bits in it but there were quite a few pieces that were too cooked to eat. The rice and beans were cooked very well. This is the perfect place for quick local food where you won't spend too much. But if you want a very high quality, I would choose elsewhere.

Came recommended by our driver as a good local food option fir good Puerto Rican food . Food okay…read more- service okay - nothing special. Not many people were there and not many locals. It was not the local flair I was expecting. When most of the menu contains all-American hamburgers and pasta,,,, and mediocre at that... I had plantains with rice and beans. Chased the waiter for the bill.

Its a fine dining restaurant so the restaurant is really upscale but they also made the restaurant a bit cozy at the same time. The service was amazing as well. Im sorry I forgot his name but he paid really good attention and constantly checked on us especially for my allergies. The food was some of the most delicious food ive ever tasted, especially the risotto (10/10). There was one dish that my girlfriend didnt like but they went immediately to get her something new. Im only giving a 4 star because the dessert i had did have something I was allergic to despite reassurance which cause swollen lips and throwing up outside. Im not sure if the dessert was pre-made but having the allergens directly on the menu may help. Otherwise I completely recommend trying here.

12/29/25; I hate leaving bad reviews. But it's important information. The business can't address…read moreissues if they don't know where they've fallen short. I also feel compelled to review because we went to this restaurant on the strength of the 4.8 star rating. However, our experience was more in line with the 1-2 star reviews. Building is an old church, we found. I suspected that because of the stained glass around and the layout of dining room. It can get pretty loud in the dining room. At some point early in the service I felt I needed my earplugs. So, I put them in. You order via QR code on the table from your phone. Then.....the...wait....begins. We're seated at 11:18am. Order in around 11:30am. We finally got drinks at 12:09pm (39min). Drinks were really good, had the Ginger Turmeric Shot, Chia Latte, Cappuccino & Passion Fruit Juice. We thought that was a sign of more good things to come. Food arrived at 12:41. 30min later. Now, after waiting for 1hr9min, if the food comes out and it's bangin', all is forgiven and the drop in service is just a small blip in the experience. However... The Food: Chai Pancakes Pumpkin Pancakes Veggie Scrambled Eggs The EGGS were good. But nothing I couldn't do easily in my own kitchen. The Chai pancakes were the worst pancakes I've ever had. Far too much spices added and dry, dry, dry! I had one bite. One. Pushed it off. My wife had the Pumpkin Pancakes. She only had a few bites. "Have some of mine." I tried them. Weird flavor and gummy. She then said "Yeah, I didn't like them, either." Pushed the plate away. Funny that they make you PAY and TIP at the beginning of the meal. So, no matter how good or bad your experience is, they get their money. And this terrible experience cost us $68.00. $68 for breakfast!! Most of which didn't get eaten. There's no incentive for them to improve. And because of that...we will not be back. So the drinks, good. Eggs, good. Everything else WTF?? Oh, I almost forgot, you get your own water from their water station. A filtered water dispenser machine. Which seemed okay at the time. But it's just one more thing that the servers didn't have to do to deserve a tip. Terrible experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend. 1.5

The standout was def the roasted chicken(dark meat was juicy, flavorful, & delish while the white meat was a little dry it was still tasty). The roasted pork was also enjoyable & moist w/ crispy cerdo (skin).Unfortunately, the chicken sausage was on the dry side. The rice & gandules were the biggest disappointment. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while & lacked the freshness & hotness(I like my rice piping hot) I was hoping for. The maduro could have been more fresh as well. I wish they had been more generous w/ the hot sauce. I was only given two tiny containers which wasn't nearly enough for the amount of food I ordered. The woman who took care of me was ok. Some of the other workers were rude & acted like I asked for the world when I asked for hot sauce. There isn't really any decor (just basic) & seating/tables are outside where you can enjoy the nice, fresh air. The only complaint I can say about that is the birds everywhere. Overall, the roasted chicken/pernil alone would def bring me back. While some of the sides & extras could use improvement as well as some of the staff. The quality of the chicken/pernil made the visit worthwhile plus the price was right. I couldn't believe how cheap everything was.
