It has both the Puerto Rican and American flag in the image which is exactly what I wanted. I kind of wish I had bought a tile or a magnet to go with it. The prices are definitely higher at the airport, but the service was very good. She wrapped up the ornament very well without me even asking. I'd return for more souvenirs. They commented that if someone lives in Puerto Rico, they should speak Spanish, and questioned why people speak English if they already know Spanish. These remarks were made while I was standing there and appeared to be directed at me. I found their comments unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate for customer service employees. Customers should feel welcome and treated with courtesy regardless of whether they choose to communicate in English or Spanish. Puerto Rico is a bilingual community, and no customer should feel judged or mocked for the language they use. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
