Met a friend at this cute little local coffee shop. It's clean and bright inside and the barista was attentive and would have suggested drink based on what I like. I had a "special" brown sugar cinnamon maple latte. I had coconut milk. It was not overly sweet. We split a coffee cake, and friend had burrito, it was locally made too. Service is at the counter there are lots of tables and good WiFi! Overall good experience.

For sure a spot to check out .... The guys were cool and super helpful !!!! Got the campfire latte ... freaking good!!! They support local places that make their burritos ... for sure delicious It's a great place to go hangout or have a coffee date or meet up with someone ..

I haven't been to 303 Coffee Co for years! I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I thought I'd give it a shot again. My son loved his hot chocolate and croissant, and my husband enjoyed his brown sugar maple syrup latte. (It was far too sweet for me!) Though my Americano was on the bitter-tasting side. They have some great gluten free snacks - thank you! The baristas were very nice, so I'd absolutely come back if it was convenient.

Drove down from up north and decided to grab a coffee. My wife wanted to go to a chain location but I told her I wanted to support a local shop if there was one close by. We found 303 and decided to give them our support. Their menu looked good and the place had a lot of customers. While I used the restroom my wife ordered the coffee. She asked for some recommendations and the barista lady didn't seem too kind or willing to offer up any suggestions. With this type of customer service, we might opt for our usual go to, Ziggy's. Pass on this place, their coffee is pretty good but not worth the attitude.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The staff is incredibly kind & the coffee is delicious. You must get the vanilla scone too it's AMAZING! For sure my new neighborhood coffee staple

This is my new go-to coffee shop in Highlands Ranch! The teddy graham latte and mixed berry scone were fantastic. They have so many great specialty drink options and bakery items, I need to come back to try more. Staff was very friendly and fast and I really liked the cute menu boards and cozy atmosphere. There's a decent amount of table seating inside, great spot to come for getting some work done or just hanging out.

@303coffee_co today! I tried the chocolate peanut butter cup latte (with oatmilk), and it was good, but there was not enough peanut butter flavor to really make it pop! . I will be back for sure as there are so many other options to try on their normal menu, and their seasonal menu!

We all shared the giant cinnamon roll. It was more of a cinnamon sugar biscuit than a traditional cinnamon roll, but large enough for four of us to share. It was a little dry in some parts so definitely grab a spoonful of the glaze when you put it on your plate. The overall flavor was fine and I'm really glad I shared it with friends. I heard you could get one frozen to go and you just heated up at home just as good. For my sandwich, I ordered the Lola. It's a Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwich with Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Bacon, House Made Honey Butter + covered in Maple Syrup. Pro tip, have the maple syrup on the side or your hands will be very sticky when trying to eat it. The overall flavor of the biscuit, fried chicken, bacon, honey butter, and maple syrup was a really good combo! The biscuit was just a little more crumbly than I'm used to, so I struggled eating it as a whole sandwich. I would definitely get it again, but cut it up into bite-size pieces and eat it with my fork. There are a couple other really good options on the menu that I want to try so I'll definitely be back!

Everyone was very nice and it definitely gets busy quick so plan accordingly. We had the Chipotle Steak and Queso Hash and Lemon Ricotta pancakes. OMG!!!! The pancakes were to die for. It seemed like they were a bit confused or didn't realized we were waiting to get seated, not that we were waiting to checkout. Breakfast is pretty decent. Portions are a bit on the lighter side, yet some of the flavors were intense (salty). Both the Million Dollar Potatoes and potatoes as a side were salty. The Chickichanga consisted of whipped cage-free eggs with spicy, all-natural chicken breast, chorizo, green chiles, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and all-natural sour cream. This was pretty balanced in flavors and delicious. The side of fruits (seemed unripe or old) and potatoes didn't seem to go with the dish. Staff was quick. And you can pay at the counter.
