Love this place! I am all about supporting local coffee chains, so when I passed this one on the way to work, I thought I'd give it a try. Very spacious, & the barista is always very friendly & most importantly, QUICK! I wish this one was on my trail from my house to work because I would be here every day (or maybe I'm happy it's not, ha ha!). Parking can be a bit tough around lunch hour due to the other restaurants in the area, but still worth it. 100% recommend. read more

Whether you need a double or quad shot, they make a proper espresso macchiato here. It's not a Starbucks macchiato - you know the kind that comes with caramel and whipped cream, and watered down with half a cup of milk. It's a real espresso with a drop of foamed milk, and this is how you're supposed to have it. Staff here is always friendly, and even when there's a line, it doesn't take too long. I haven't tried their snacks though, but I'd probably just stick to the coffee. read more

I live right by them and always drove past on my way to work. I stopped in for the first time last week, not really feeling Starbucks. I've been doing everything I can not to go every day since. Their coffee is very well made and is not burnt like a lot of other places (*cough cough* Starbucks). They also sell Little Anita's burritos from the location up the street which is my favorite place in town for breakfast burritos. And their baked goods are amazing! OMG their muffins and pound cake are to die for! On top of that all the staff is super sweet and not in a corporate way. They are genuinely attentive and nice. They seem to know everyone one who comes in and what they got before, and not in a creepy way. Whenever I write down a tip, I really do feel like they deserve it. Over all, this place is really great and I keep going back. It is very refreshing and definitely my new coffee stop on my way to work. read more

Great coffee and even greater staff! The coffee and the coffee drinks are exceptional. Lattes are creamy and delicious but do try the eggnog latte during the holiday season; it is just wonderful! At my last visit, I had a very embarrassing moment when I realized that I'd forgotten my wallet at home. Both the cashier and the barista just laughed it off and told me ..."don't worry about it"...I was so touched by their friendly gesture. Not too many people do those things nowadays. I really like this place. It has lots of seating, great wifi, and great service every time I go. They have a solid variety of flavors and delicious coffee. The noise level is also appropriate for a coffee shop which I personally find super important. I like Starbucks, but often I find I can't study there or enjoy meeting people there because they're frequently blasting music so loudly. A great local spot with reasonable prices and consistent good service gives it 5 stars from me :) read more

This location used to be a Peet's or Peaberry or something with a P. Anyway, it's now 303 Coffee. The look is mostly the same as it used to be...plenty of tables and chairs to have a quick meeting. Bottom line is this: They make my Skinny Hazelnut Lattes taste like heaven. They taste like they're full fat and full sugar, but they aren't. So I don't really care how they do it. I just care that it costs under $4, it tastes good and they have a frequent buyer card where you get one free for every ten you buy. This is the way coffee should taste. How have I not reviewed 303 Coffee yet?! This is the best little coffee shop in Centennial/Lone Tree. Frankly, I'm relieved that they have stayed in business while residing in a sea of Starbuckses. I sought out 303 as an alternative to the Starbucks near my hotel. Beside being independent, it was clean, spacious, well-lit, and non-crowded. I appreciated the fact they had four rotating coffees of the day - twice the selection of Starbucks (Of course one of them was "flavored" coffee, so it didn't really count) I tried the medium roast on one day and the dark roast on another. Neither were that impressive. If anything, I'd say they were brewed a bit on the weak side. read more

Back here for the third time in three days... this is what happens when you work around the corner from 303 Coffee Co. So far I've really enjoyed my iced mocha and polar vortex (coffee slushie with chocolate "sprinkles" - more like crunchies. #notcomplaining). The chai was also decent but I prefer something sweeter. It seems they have a lot of regulars, since the staff often know their order before they even get to the counter. In the mornings it is especially crowded. I think I'll stick with my mid-afternoon pick-me-up. They have a lot of local and gluten-free baked goods though I haven't tasted any yet. This would be a great place to get work done or have a business meeting. It's bright, cozy, and fairly quiet. My only complaint? The service is *too* quick sometimes! Hooray for independent coffee shops! I have driven by this strip mall so many times but never noticed this place. But lo and behold, I finally spotted this place while driving on a snowy day-go figure! I was surprised to see them open with people in there on a snowy, Sunday afternoon but I now know why-they're legit. There was only one guy working the entire shop and he was super friendly and accommodating, trying to help me while he was making the people in front of me's drinks. I tend to get lattes but I opted for their gingerbread mocha and it was delightful--not too sweet but enough of a kick to keep me going for the rest of the day sans nap. I hung out there, sipped my winter-y drink while enjoying the snow from inside, why have I been missing out on here the past couple of years? read more

I love 303. I go here almost every morning for my coffee. The coffee is superb and the people are wonderful. It's been the same team of people to work there since I first started visiting 3 years ago. They remember me and my order, they ask about relevant things in my life... they truly care. Which sounds trivial, but it means a whole lot. Good people own the company and good people work there. It's a great place to be. The only thing that I'm NOT a fan of is their food selection. Blech. Every time I decide to try one of the burritos, I regret it. The last one I tried, the egg tasted like soap and EVERYTHING was soggy. Eating the tortilla was like eating a damp paper towel. I know that this isn't 303's fault because they buy the burritos from another company, but eesh. Quality on the burritos is not good. Their baked goods are also not tasty. They're not off-putting like the burritos, but they are easy to pass on. I like the muffins and that's about it. The cookies, scones, and croissants are sub par. Over the years, I've tried one of each and have never been interested in eating it ever again. Fortunately for me it means I don't have to be tempted with amazing baked goods every time I go in there. However, for 303, they'd probably sell a lot more if they found better vendors. read more

Nice alternative to the major coffee chain. Stopped in for an afternoon pick-me up and was pleasantly surprised to discover I could have an almond milk chai. Hooray! Even happier to report the chai had great flavor and was not syrupy sweet (I'm eyeing you, Starbucks!) The service was very friendly too. I loved that I was greeted upon entering the store. That is a rare occurrence. I got my cup to go so, I can't comment much on the atmosphere, other than it seemed like a decent, clean place to sit and relax. I hate being a Debbie Downer but I tried this coffee shop this morning based on the Yelp reviews. I took today off work to have a nice long weekend so I thought I'd start with my new book at a coffee shop. When I walked in I couldn't believe all the tables and chairs. No character or atmosphere. There is one small loveseat in a corner and a woman was already on it with her computer so no cozy place to curl up and read. I'm a lover of local independents but give me a reason to be here! Yes my cup of Guatamalan coffee was just right but this unfortunately not my idea of a neighborhood coffee shop. *****side note: based on business's comments I will pop it up one star because the coffee was good and had I known their focus is on availability of seating for business meetings in the area I would have not have hoped for a cozy neighborhood spot to come and hangout.***** read more

Best option in the Lone Tree area. Great place to get a pick-me-up after shopping or coffee before work. Easy in-and-out if you are on the go, lots of tables for you to sit and work for a few hours. Nice patio with a great view of the mountains, perfect in the summer. Great umbrellas make it comfortable in 90+ heat. Reliable WiFi, NEVER had an issue, no matter how busy they get and they do get busy sometimes. I have never had an issue finding a table (they have a good set up), plenty of electrical access also. Great place to buy whole beans (they will grind them to your preference as well). The staff is very knowledgeable of their selection and are always willing to help you find a bean that will be perfect for you. They are also a great place to buy local honey. They have good food (pasties, bagels, burritos, cakes, fruit, yogurt.. many gluten free-options) options if you want to have a bite to eat, but there are also several good food options a walk away if you need a break. They also have soy milk, I think this is their only milk-alt option, and offer mugs for you to enjoy your drink in-house. I greatly prefer 303's coffee to Starbucks, always fresh and they offer at least one organic blend per day; delicious espresso, although it is a bit more $4.50+ for a quad espresso, under $3 at a Starbucks, probably the only reason I do not frequent them more. read more

I love this coffee shop. The employees are so friendly and I love their unique drink options. Off the top of my head I'm remembering they did a smores latte and a caramel apple cider during the fall season. So much better than the chain type of coffee shops. The atmosphere is quiet so it would be a great place to get work done. I typically get a cambrique which is half tea of your choice and half steamed milk. I tried ordering this very classic drink at Starbucks one time and it confused the girl so much and I ended up with something loaded with vanilla syrup. I learned my lesson. I also love the different drip coffee options. It's not the same roast everyday and they typically have a dark, medium, and light roast option. On a side note, I overheard them telling a customer that they do a pumpkin spice latte year round. I'm not a PSL fan myself but good to know for those that are! read more

Loud enough where we felt we weren't disturbing others, but quiet enough that we could all speak normally and hear. Good parking, WiFi, and gluten-free pastries. Not Just Dark Roast Kudos to 303 Coffee for understanding what the coffee snob needs. While searching around Denver I was beginning to wonder if ANY of the coffeehouses brewed a coffee that was my style. Almost all of them brew the "pretty near charcoal" style that I outgrew years ago. Lots of choices here and the choices are real, not between two similar coffees. Three different roasts - really different styles, so however you like your brew the chances are good of finding your favorite. Their coffee beans are from Coda roasters - a local roaster that was awarded Macro Roaster of the Year this year by Roast Magazine. My wife tried a strawberry smoothie and found it way above average. I tried a scone and it too was the way I like 'em. All signs of management that strives to seek and provide quality products. Mostly this review reflects the rare find of a different coffee than found in most Denver coffeehouses. Kudos! read more

While it wasn't the best coffee I've had in the best scenic location (located at and near strip malls... which lets be honest is all of that area in Centennial), it fits the bill for Centennial residents who want to get work done, be social, and don't want to hassle with gimmicky shops downtown Denver. Not only is it just down the road from me which makes it hard not to say no, it has plenty of seating, a nice distant view of the mountains, and a wide range of whole beans you can purchase for your morning coffee you want to grind before raising your blood pressure due to i-25 traffic the next day. read more

Nice place. Lots of parking, free wifi, indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee is tasty; better than $tarbuck$. Staff is quite friendly. Their wifi has gotten faster in recent months (and it is now also better than Starbucks.) Outdoor seating has a pretty nice view of the mountains and is my go-to on a nice day. I pretty much prefer here over any other coffee shop in the area unless I'm going to be coming in late since they close at 7pm or earlier. read more

303 Coffee is a nice little coffee shop. It didn't exactly blow me away, nor would I readily choose it over the green mermaid (Starbucks), hence three stars. There was an older woman working who was struggling to keep up with the orders - it turned out that her younger counterpart was hiding out in the bathroom. (And I mean really hiding). Despite the delay, the coffee was tasty and we enjoyed it sitting outdoors. Espressos and cappuccinos were good, and for food, they have a small selection of pastries which we did not try, so I can't report on that. read more

Weeeeak. Went there when it started to snow today and the two men working the counter were more into working their food they were eating than working the coffee. Also, got a weird vibe like "we weren't a regular so we put them out." Anywho- once we ordered, they were making their way around to making my wife's coffee while the older guy took his time while he chatted with some other guy who appeared to be a regular. We sat in the establishment for a bit while it snowed but my wife spilled her drink (which wasn't that tasty anyway she said.) typically when this happens, doesn't the place offer a replacement? Not here. They watched her do it, then were put out by having to help clean. Don't go here. Go to the Starbucks across the street at B&N. read more

Love love love 303 Coffee! They are right next to my office and WHAT a life saver they have been for this busy busy yo-pro (AKA young professional). Because I commute 45 min to work everyday, I couldn't even count the number of times 303 Coffee has saved my grumbling stomach from my forgetful mind in the mornings. They have 4 different kinds of Little Anita's breakfast burritos and amazing fruit smoothies. I love the acai berry smoothie that is all 100% fruit smoothie with no added sugar. They will even put a burrito aside for me if I call ahead and request a specific one. As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I love this coffee place! :) Not to mention their sick logo with the Colorado flag and the mountains on it. I would totally buy a shirt from here! I'm always on the lookout for a Starbucks alternative, much to my gold-card-toting, latte-loving wife. So I expect and tolerate a bit of inconsistency from the smaller chains. What I usually don't expect is unfriendly sub-par service, and that's why I can't make the case to return to 303 CC. And honestly, the lattes were also sub-par. I hate to say it, but I'd rather go to Starbucks. **Update: I got a message from the manager asking for more specific feedback. I think it's great when businesses are able to start a conversation with customers on Yelp, so I wanted to change the rating to reflect the importance of that personalized feedback. read more

I have been here twice now. The location is decent. Other than some Starbucks to the south, there are limited coffee options in the immediate vicinity. I found the brew I was served to be a bit on the thin side. I know they are using Coda beans, and this is not the first time I have been disappointed with a coffee drink at a new place, only to find out they are using Coda. To be fair, I have never actually been to Coda Coffee Co., but I have encountered their product at coffee huts and houses across the metro area. The space here is pretty nice. It is well lit and has some seating options. read more
