Met a friend at this cute little local coffee shop. It's clean and bright inside and the barista was attentive and would have suggested drink based on what I like. I had a "special" brown sugar cinnamon maple latte. I had coconut milk. It was not overly sweet. We split a coffee cake, and friend had burrito, it was locally made too. Service is at the counter there are lots of tables and good WiFi! Overall good experience.

For sure a spot to check out .... The guys were cool and super helpful !!!! Got the campfire latte ... freaking good!!! They support local places that make their burritos ... for sure delicious It's a great place to go hangout or have a coffee date or meet up with someone ..

I haven't been to 303 Coffee Co for years! I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I thought I'd give it a shot again. My son loved his hot chocolate and croissant, and my husband enjoyed his brown sugar maple syrup latte. (It was far too sweet for me!) Though my Americano was on the bitter-tasting side. They have some great gluten free snacks - thank you! The baristas were very nice, so I'd absolutely come back if it was convenient.

Drove down from up north and decided to grab a coffee. My wife wanted to go to a chain location but I told her I wanted to support a local shop if there was one close by. We found 303 and decided to give them our support. Their menu looked good and the place had a lot of customers. While I used the restroom my wife ordered the coffee. She asked for some recommendations and the barista lady didn't seem too kind or willing to offer up any suggestions. With this type of customer service, we might opt for our usual go to, Ziggy's. Pass on this place, their coffee is pretty good but not worth the attitude.

This is my new go-to coffee shop in Highlands Ranch! The teddy graham latte and mixed berry scone were fantastic. They have so many great specialty drink options and bakery items, I need to come back to try more. Staff was very friendly and fast and I really liked the cute menu boards and cozy atmosphere. There's a decent amount of table seating inside, great spot to come for getting some work done or just hanging out.

@303coffee_co today! I tried the chocolate peanut butter cup latte (with oatmilk), and it was good, but there was not enough peanut butter flavor to really make it pop! . I will be back for sure as there are so many other options to try on their normal menu, and their seasonal menu!

Burrito was intently cooked inside wrapper. Latte tasted sour. Barista clearly didn't want to be at work today

we had two Americanos they were very good is very busy atmosphere. I assume that is because they have good coffee.

But alas, it was just me this visit, so next time I'll bring a buddy to help. I ordered a strawberry matcha- it was just the right sweetness and very pretty. Often. Have you seen how often I check in??? For client meetings. For get togethers. For coffee. For cocktails. It's neighbor is Cranelli's, my other fave spot for Italian. Just look for the bright yellow umbrellas and you know you've arrived to coffee heaven. Parking can get nuts during the busy hours but there's always one available if you just exercise patience so you can get the aahhmazing Vietnamese coffee. I adore the owners Tracy and Q who are usually on site and welcoming guests or working the counter. They invite you in with their warm smiles and happy soul. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve you the caffeine fix or in my case the cocktails. I am head over heels on the Lychee Peachy, Espresso Martini or Afterwork Refresher if I am not getting the coffee flights. Trust me, you can't drink just one Lychee Peachy. The coffee flights of chilled coffee are customizable (four options you can choose from a rotating list of regular and seasonal flavors). The flights are so Instagram swoon worthy and art itself. I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. May all your to-do's turn in to ta-da's! Peaky Peak makes me look forward to tomorrow's coffee.

There were people in there working and plenty of people just hanging out. My buddy went for a simple two shots of espresso and I went with a staple iced oat milk latte with honey. The only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five was the quality of the honey. Not sure which sweetener they use, but it was a little too "synthetic" tasting for me. That said, my buddy loved his espresso, and I'm sure there are plenty of drinks on their menu that you would enjoy as well. If I went back, I would try something without honey. The Barista was friendly, I love the overall presentation at the shop, and parking was easy on the side streets. If I'm back in that part of Colorado, I'd go check it out again.

The Hawaiian motif found around the place is just about as Hawaiian as it gets. The general vibe of this shopping strip is already laid back so that's how it felt even inside. The interior is inviting with a couple prints from Hawaii. One picture reminded me of Kailua while another one is a picture of a lifeguard station. I ordered an iced MacNut Latte. It was definitely tasty and made to order. I also ordered a chupacabra Bonfire burrito. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back soon enough. I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.
