    Steak & Eggs

Super honest review. I didn't have high hopes for this location. It was an impulsive decision to grab something to eat here. That being said, I asked for my steak medium well. It was still bleeding a bit which I don't like. I sent it back only to try it and it had no flavor to it, even after adding sauce. My fiancée ate a little bit of her food but she wasn't hyped up about it I wasn't in the mood to give hers a try after my encounter. The location is a nice establishment, staff is nice but the food is a 5/10 from our experience.

After a while many typical brunch spots end up tasting the same no matter what reviews say and the delectable egg is one of them. It's your typical Sunday morning and everyone is brunch crazy! Bottomless mimosas, omelettes, pancakes are the usual. My friends had the Benedict and it was good, the hollandaise sauce was good but didn't stand out. I had the stacked ranchero breakfast. It was huge and filling and made me happy. The breakfast potatoes were nothing to rave about. It was topped with chorizo, tomatoes, avocado, green Chile and stacked with flour tortillas. The reason it's a 3 out of 5 is that no matter where I go, most typical American style brunch and breakfast places in Colorado end up tasting the same. It's your typical Mexican infused dishes using the same ingredients but in different order.

One of my favorite places for a quick and easy breakfast burrito. The staff is super friendly. The ambiance is typical for breakfast places. Everything is clean, well kept, and nice. The staff even stopped me from forgetting my coat.

Came here for a little brunch with friends. There was a small wait to get seated but no issue with that. Good sign of a busy location! I had a Delectable Julius drink and I am telling you I could not taste the alcohol in it. Deliciously dangerous! I had the eggs Benedict and my partner had the stuffed French toast. Both were pretty good. I will note that the hollandaise sauce was a bit runny. I've never had one with that thin of a consistency but it was fine. The location itself was clean and cutesy. Loved all the egg themed decor.

I did the Build Your Own Omelet cheese, spinach, tomato with extra cheese, house potatoes, and a waffle. It was fantastic.

Everything was good the service, the food, the ambiance. We haven't had any issues here and I think this was my second time coming. Our server Louis? I forgot his name served us last time and he remembered serving us so that was nice.

First time back since pre-COVID. Same fabulous food and superb service/server Luis (he's the *BEST*). We met some friends there and had a blast. We were hoping to see Patrick but sadly we did not. The place was busy as expected, but a really good busy. It was great to see others were happy and sociable at their tables, creating an overall positive and energetic vibe. Luis is so efficient and the food is made consistently delicious like we remembered. Can't wait to return again!

Good food, good service. Was a bit of a wait but that was expected on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was clean and relatively quiet outside of conversation and some background music

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
