So i wanted to write a review about my BBL experience with Dr.William--I previously wrote a review but wanted to give a full update since I'm scheduling a Round 2 with 305( just for more projection because he couldn't fit any more fat in my butt and hips round 1). DR. WILLIAM KNOWS WHAT HES DOING! He is amazing. He snatched my waist, put as much as he could in my butt and hips and hips, shaped me perfectly. I cannot walk 2 steps in public without someone telling me how nice my body looks. I am so happy with my results. Even almost 2 years post op. I'm currently planning round 2 with Cannon at 305for additional projection(the booty greed is real honey). So I'm pretty much getting the "dream team" treatment!!!! I would never even consider going outside of 305 for any of my body work moving forward. -the anesthesiologists are all wonderful -both Cannon and William are both board certified -i love how cute the practice is -the operating room is super clean an sanitary -I'm from Philly and Dr. William loves Philly(and the noodles) so we bonded over that. -i was crying before surgery and literally the whole room comforted me including doctor William. I felt so comfortable and safe Cons -- -the staff was previously slow answering emails/phone calls--they've been very attentive this time. Ode has been amazing!! So thats rectified. I also found the front desk staff to be rude and unprofessional. While the nurse I interacted with was kind, she was the only positive part of my experience. I was surprised to later learn that the doctor I had originally been booked with publicly stated that he had left the practice because of patient complaints regarding the care being provided. Those were his statements, not mine. I was also concerned that my conversations were recorded in the office consultation room and during phone calls, but I was not personally informed at the time that recording was taking place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was so excited to put my down payment to have surgery with dr Karl Williams. I spoke to one of the staff members on the phone and explained I do not feel comfortable sending photos and she assured me I can go in person for a consultation. However the night before multiple numbers were texting me asking for photos or my contract will be dropped and my down payment refunded. The morning of my consultation I received a frantic call. It sounded like a drug addict begging for money to get their next fix. This women was yelling if I did not send photos she will not be paid and my money will be refunded. The unprofessionalism did not stop there. I figured I'll just shut up and let them refund me my money and never have to deal with them again. 3 days later I am STILL receiving text messages and phone calls asking for photos. The worst customer service I've received in a LONG time. Bella, the text outreach representative, is beyond rude and has no grasp of how to write professionally. Initially I scheduled with Dr. Williams and he left the company and DIDNT notify his patients, which that VOIDED the contract. Warning! Stay away from Dr. Brewster and his office. I booked to undergo surgery with Dr. Brewster on November 4th after doing some research of my own. A lady in his office by the name of Nathalie handled my paperwork and collected my deposit. Just yesterday, over a month after booking I get a very unprofessional text message from Willmary, a nurse of Dr. Brewsters office and was told he was canceling my surgery and was sending me off to someone else I had no knowledge of to perform the surgery. I declined the offer and requested a refund if the doctor I booked with was deciding not to work with me and was told in return that my deposit is nonrefundable and my only option was to go to the new doctor. I am outraged and disgusted by the level of carelessness in this office. Why would I want to undergo a life-threatening procedure with a doctor I know nothing about and never heard of? They don't care about their patients they just want your money. I made sure to ask a lot of questions prior to booking and both ladies I mentioned earlier clearly lied and took my money without first speaking to the doctor and getting clearance on the surgery first. Dr. William canceled my surgery during my pre-op appointment!! I booked my surgery in September and gave the deposit to the coordinator, Marja. She told me that after the reviewing the pictures I needed a tummy tuck and bbl. She stated I could do it at the same time. I asked for a consultation with the doctor and they said that they were not doing that because of Covid. So I believed them. I was in communication with the coordinators and the assistants for 3 full months. First, no one was ever able to answer my questions about the recovery for both a tummy tuck and BBL. Then, as the day is approaching I ask if my husband can come in with me and if I'm going to meet the doctor during pre-op - the answer repeatedly to this question was yes! I have a text messages to prove it. The day before preop they call me to give me a time and they specifically said I cannot bring a companion with me so I was already upset at this point because my husband had taken time off of work to come with me. When I get there for preop, sign a whole booklet of paperwork, do the Covid test, do the pregnancy test they send me to see Dr. William's nurse. She takes some pictures of me and goes to show it to him and when she comes back she tells me that he can't do the surgery until I lose 30 lbs. Why in the world is this the first time someone is bringing this up? I weigh 175 lbs and I'm 5'2. I hadn't gained or lost any weight because it was never a factor in any conversation. Next, I wish someone would have asked me my goals because I never want to be 145 lbs. I like to be thick not skinny. Point of the story is I find out I can't do the surgery the day before I'm scheduled by Dr. William's nurse not even himself. *READ ALL TO UNDERSTAND* First and foremost, I want to begin by clarifying that Ive never really been the type to post reviews much less a negative one. I feel as though I owe it to many of you that are on your surgery journeys to post this and make you AWARE!!! I would give 305 Plastic Surgery and Dr. William 0 stars if I absolutely could. Horrible customer services and lack of compassion for a he error on his end. I don't want this post to seem like I am discouraging anybody from getting their procedures done. All that I ask is that you take in all this information and use it to the best of your abilities in regards to your journeys. I got my procedure done this past August. I got surgery with Dr. William and I got BBL (includes Lipo 360), Arm Lipo and Chin Lipo. For some odd reason I believe he might have done my bra roll because I have two incisions on each side of my chest near my arm pits (which this was never disclosed to me that they would even be working that area.) Dr. William botched my abdominal lip. When I attempted to see him at my 2 week follow up since the mistake was very obvious and visible, the assistants medically kept it all hush hush and dismissed my concerns and I was not allowed to see the surgeon. When I was finally able to see Dr. William at my 1 month follow up, I proceed to follow up with my concern and tell him that I had an area which he had not lipo'ed at all. He was very adamant about it but looked at my abdomen. He begins to look at it and literally has a strange expression on his face. He looks at me and literally says, "oh yeah I usually get one or two patients a year where I just didn't do the Lipo as well as I should have." I asked him if the canula was so small that it didn't reach the top of my abdomen (Since I also have an incision in my belly button aside from all the other two on my lower abdominal area) and he says that no that the canula is long enough to reach the area. I look at him and told him that apparently it isn't if it didn't reach up there to get the fat out. He looks at me and said to wait and come back in a year to get free Lipo but I would have to take care of the other fees. I am sure as hell that this doctor did not complete my surgery whatsoever. I can't understand how the hell you would just forget to Lipo one of the most important areas of this surgery. It's beyond me the level of unprofessionalism that this doctor and his staff have. He never once apologized for the mistake. He treated it like it was just mess up and sure he'll offer the, "free" Lipo because he has no other choice. Till this day I have requested from 305 all my medical records, signed papers and surgery report about 6 times and have yet to receive anything. CLAUDIA IS A JOKE. She is the shittiest coordinator there and I'm not sure if all the other coordinators are the same. She sucks and is nowhere to be found. Ever. As I said in the beginning of all of this, I would give him and the facility 0 stars if I could. I have posted my pictures below so you guys can see the areas that I am talking about. Mind you, I have been doing post op massages every day since I got my surgery and I have been on top of all my post op care. Surgery is very expensive and the post op care is even more expensive. This clinic is fraud. They tried to charge me an additional $4,000 when I showed up to get my pre-op appointment. I flew all the way from California to get told they clinic couldn't do more that 3 operations a day, BUT, was willing to work on me and keep my date if I paid the additional $4k on the spot. To say the least I woke up in a room with 3 different patients after surgery while still being on the surgery room and bed. I had very bad complications to which to I had to always call and check in because according to them everything is always fine I have a OPEN WOUND on my right butt cheek and on my left glutes I have fat necrosis. The patient consultant Melissa never once contacted me after I paid. I also had to get rushed to the hospital to get blood transfusion due to the amount of blood lost. Which was from 14.0 to 5.0. I was with taquicardia and went into the Clinic to see the Dr. and was told that it was normal. I felt weak and new it wasn't normal so I went to baptist medical hospital which is where I find out. Joined surgery fb group after getting my surgery done and most girls were unsatisfied with their results not getting the projection they wanted and basically having the same butt pre op. I honestly feel the same way. Dr Williams did give me the ogee even though my hips looks very uneven but my butt almost the same. After heavy contemplating and researching Doctors for over 2 years, I finally decided to go with Dr. Brewster, watching his videos I felt he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had DD breast but after 2 children I wanted a lift and breast reduction but I was told by Dr. Brewster I could only get my breast perky if I added implants so I went along with it reluctantly. After surgery my breast was extremely huge although I was there for a reduction as well but I was told once the swelling went down I would achieve the size I requested. Fast forward to a year of constantly calling, emails, and texting, to express my dissatisfaction with the size and the look of my breast, I spoke to Dr Brewster personally over the phone and he told me if I would have got the surgery done in my home town I would have paid way more than the $7000 I paid for him to do it. I asked him was he insinuating that I get what I paid for , either way it's still hard earned money and it took me a couple of years to save up. He got very rude with me to the point of tears, he agreed to do my breast over but I had to pay $1500 additional for the room and anesthesia and $500 for smaller implants.He told me once he does them over and smaller don't come back complaining that they were too small. I attempted to leave a comment on Instagram about my disappointing experience and they deleted my comment that was getting likes and responses from other women that had similar experiences. Seems like they only want to show the positive and not even attempt to reconcile their poor service. They even blocked me. They didn't even try to address the poor customer service or take responsibility. I signed up for a consult. They called me a day later and the coordinator that called was so unprofessional. was super disappointed with her attitude. I asked simple questions about the procedure and she literally laughed at me. I still continued to ask additional questions but she reacted the same. She talked to me as if I was a child. This is super unfortunate because I really liked Dr.William and his work. But I don't feel right about moving forward with them. If this is how my initial contact with 305 is, I don't want to imagine how the rest would be. I prefer to go elsewhere. For this reason I have gone with CG Cosmetics they called me within 5 minutes of filling out a form and my coordinator was so kind. She listened to me and my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She answered my questions and made it clear it is normal to have questions about a procedure of this nature. She has become my BBL bestie and is always a text or phone call away. CG Cosmetics showed empathy and understanding as they are preparing me for a surgery that many, like myself, have a long journey to decide to do. I wish I could give ZERO stars. First they rescheduled my surgery, a month before claiming the doctor had an emergency. How do you know about an emergency a month in advance? Then they couldn't find my contract. Everyone I spoke with had a different story. The office is completely out of touch with the doctors and the coordinators. Everyone will tell you something different. I paid for a tummy tuck plus 4 areas of lipo. Then 2 weeks before surgery they tell me the doctor doesn't do that anymore, either Lipo +2 or lipo 360 now. So I asked for my money back on the difference of price they tried to take $200 off, which I said was totally unacceptable. Needless to say that $200 was NEVER taken off. I live out of state, booked an Air bnb and flights. So now my original surgery date was cancelled, I picked a new date 5 days later. Preop appt was supposed to be on a Saturday, they called me on Thursday to ask me to come in Friday. I get there Friday, was forced to PAY $50 for a COVID test. They wouldn't take a negative test from anywhere else. I lost 25 pounds for this surgery to reach the BMI limit Dr.William suggested. After 3 hours in the office I was told to lose another 20 pounds or my stomach wouldn't be flat. This is something they could have told me through the pictures I sent a year ago!!!! How do I get to the BMI requested and told to lose even more weight? So now they say you can reschedule. I call to reschedule or to get a refund and NO RESPONSE. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. They will STEAL your money. Change your appointment last minute. Not care they you're out of town. Then try to "love" you to death with their answers. I want a refund at this point, I could care a less about the deposit. I'm not putting my LIFE in danger for the sake of a flat stomach. If you pay with care credit, they only take it in person, also another hidden fee of $200. They do NOT provide the extra stuff the lady selling you the surgery tells you, they will lose that info. Though this practice is praised for their doctor's amazing work on instagram, the patient experience is something completely different. I traveled from Washington DC to see Dr DiGeronimo for liposuction. I planned my accommodation according to the address that I was originally provided which was in Coral Gables. I had surgery on 3/4 and wanted to come in to see Dr. DiGeronimo for a follow up before I fly back to Virginia. They told me no, because I booked through 305 plastic surgery ALTHOUGH my surgery itself AND my initial follow up was at his practice. The lack of communication from your at staff is really quite disheartening. Though you all may do surgery all the time, this was a big special deal for me. This entire process, I felt like I was just a number in a bowl of patients and no one cared about anything except my money and my medical clearance. I was given incorrect information on multiple occasions which cost me over 700$. I had to pay 500$ to relocate because my original accommodation was 45 minutes from your office. Then the day of my surgery, I was told my massages would be located 45 mins away and they "would call me" which I found to be ludicrous because 1. I am not from here, 2. I was having surgery, 3. Im solely dependent on ubers for transportation. Prior to my arrival I asked about the massage locations many times and was given the run around. Just like I asked where my procedure would be and was provided with the 305 main address. All in all, though Im extremely happy with Dr. DiGeronimo himself and the anesthesiologist, the entire admin staff, and clinical staff needs a serious reboot. It was very obvious my feelings, finances, and time were not being valued or considered one bit throughout this whole process. I would like to be contacted asap. Im in town until Thursday 3/4. Word of mouth referral is extremely important in this industry, I know this because I myself, work in this field. The entire staff even down to the administrative team is a reflection of the practice itself.
