Though this practice is praised for their doctor's amazing work on instagram, the patient experience is something completely different. I traveled from Washington DC to see Dr DiGeronimo for liposuction. I planned my accommodation according to the address that I was originally provided which was in Coral Gables. I had surgery on 3/4 and wanted to come in to see Dr. DiGeronimo for a follow up before I fly back to Virginia. They told me no, because I booked through 305 plastic surgery ALTHOUGH my surgery itself AND my initial follow up was at his practice. The lack of communication from your at staff is really quite disheartening. Though you all may do surgery all the time, this was a big special deal for me. This entire process, I felt like I was just a number in a bowl of patients and no one cared about anything except my money and my medical clearance. I was given incorrect information on multiple occasions which cost me over 700$. I had to pay 500$ to relocate because my original accommodation was 45 minutes from your office. Then the day of my surgery, I was told my massages would be located 45 mins away and they "would call me" which I found to be ludicrous because 1. I am not from here, 2. I was having surgery, 3. Im solely dependent on ubers for transportation. Prior to my arrival I asked about the massage locations many times and was given the run around. Just like I asked where my procedure would be and was provided with the 305 main address. All in all, though Im extremely happy with Dr. DiGeronimo himself and the anesthesiologist, the entire admin staff, and clinical staff needs a serious reboot. It was very obvious my feelings, finances, and time were not being valued or considered one bit throughout this whole process. I would like to be contacted asap. Im in town until Thursday 3/4. Word of mouth referral is extremely important in this industry, I know this because I myself, work in this field. The entire staff even down to the administrative team is a reflection of the practice itself. This place is extremely unprofessional I was going to do my surgery with Dr William and Dr William left the clinic now I see why. They begged me to stay offered many free stuff. I like Dr. Brewsters job so I proceeded with him saw it as an opportunity. I wanted a tummy tuck and a bbl he told me I should do it separate. When I went for my tummy tuck I received the worse customer service the front desk ask you multiple questions such as are you in Miami you tell them the answer like 7 times and they still call you to ask the same question as if they don't look at your files. They laugh in your face are very sarcastic you ask them for something they roll their eyes as if they were in kindergarten. The service is horrible as if they just want to get rid of you the coordinators are nice the first day then they disappear and never call you again I call multiple times and I couldn't get a hold of any of the 3 cordinators that were assigned to me in 2 months. Everyone there either doesn't take their job serious or doesn't like their job period. The day of my procedure I was told my procedure was at 5:30 am they gave me a gown and I changed I was freezing with an IV on my arm until 7:50 that my procedure was started when I went in the operation room saying I was cold they told me they would help smiled put the anesthesia anyway and proceeded with the procedure. when I woke up in pain I woke up shaking plus all the pain and discomfort I was feeling. When I went to request my BBL REFUND they told me they can only help via email they took 2 weeks to get back to me only to tell me that I would only receive half of my money because there is a cancellation fee of $1500 plus a $250 non refundable deposit and that I no longer qualified for a free faja and the free massages they told me about. Told me I would only be receiving $2050 and I woke up this morning with only $1800 from $3800. Honestly these horrible people don't understand that we walk into these salons to change our lives and it's a very delicate matter for us patients we want to be treated with patience, with respect and the right attention. A lot of us don't even have the money to pay for these things and we work a side job just to make our dreams come true for you people to just rip us off and treat us like shit or like we're a joke I honestly believe in karma and in god I know there will be a punishment with this clinic because I'm extremely sure I have not been the only person that has received this poor treatment and rip off. Anyways I leave this here for you guys to double think about going into this clinic .. specially if you're young and don't know about legal terms or just want to make your dreams come true i don't recommend this place at all. The coordinators suck , the communication between them is horrible . They schedule a bunch of girls just to have enough to make money and cancel four girls a day . I know because I was one that was canceled . U can have all your paperwork and they still will cancel u!! Dr . Brewster was soooo rude . He also don't look at your labs until u get there ! I was supposed to get work done with Dr.Zach... found out myself that he stopped working there , never got notified . They told me I had to wait for the beginning of the following month to get my deposit back .. ridiculous but they can sure take your money asap . These people are so fraud. I was suppose to have surgery with Vixen plastic surgery which is also 305 plastic surgery as well smdh. They dropped the ball on my medical insurance and I wasn't able to have my surgery because they didn't tell me that they didn't take Genesis which is a lender for United medical credit. I spent over $3000 to be here with my flights for 7 days paid for my daughter to come help take care of me and then won't at the very least give me my deposit back. I couldn't go back home earlier because I would have had to pay an additional $240 a piece to get me and my daughter back home. The front office staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I have lost all this money being here and they are refusing to give me my deposit back. Again they are very unprofessional and clearly they don't care about me as a person or a patient. I wouldn't recommend these two centers to no one. They are all about the money. The place was packed with people when I went in for my pre-op appt. Dr. Paul Goldberg one of the doctors operating in the 305 Plastic Surgery had a patient die under his care, while he worked in Strax Rejuvenation and was subject to disciplinary action. I was suppose to have surgery today 8/20/2020 but William decided to cancel my surgery at preop yesterday after I signed all my paperwork and paid in cash full. I already landed in Miami in 8/18 and had everything set up. Why can't you tell me a week ahead that you're cancelling on me so I don't waste my time and money?! I wasn't even told 24 hrs!!!! I wasted 4 hours at preop just to be told my surgery is cancelled when I get back at my hotel. WHY?! When they called me, they said William is cancelling all surgeries besides breast augmentations. (LIE) They gave me a choice of doing my surgery on 8/20 with Dr. Salas or wait until Tuesday for William. They're not going to accommodate my flight or hotel stay so why would you think I would wanna wait in my hotel room for a week then pay for another week out of MY POCKETS for my fam surgery. In the contract 305 states the only way for a refund is if you have a health condition that prohibits surgery- After a visit with my doctor she suggested I don't get plastic surgery due to my health conditions. I was honest with 305 plastic surgery about my conditions and told them I will show proof 3 times over a year/ year & a half time frame. Still, I was denied a refund. I then filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will now file a lawsuit against them for a breach of contract. Please don't trust 305 with your life, it's not worth it. read more

I was also given the wrong address for my pre-op appointment: so I arrived at the wrong location; and my doctor didn't work out of that facility! (ALL THE DAY BEFORE MY SURGERY!) I had finally had enough, and decided to cancel my surgery all together: and request refund! 48 hours after my surgery someone from the refund department reached out to me via email with a questionnaire regarding information on how I paid for my surgery; they stated it would take 15 business to process my refund, and return it to me! February 18th, 2021 was the 15th business day! So I reached out February 19th, 2021 asking for updates information, a receptionist took my number; assuring me someone would call me back, and no one ever did! Here we are at April 1st, 2021, I have not received my refund, nor has anyone reached out to me regarding my refund! I am over the upset phase: and I am disappointed, and feel as though if I were Caucasian, or maybe even Hispanic; my surgery would have been handled a little more professionally. If your from out of town or state please don't come here!!! Dr william is the goat but because he does more then 3 surgeries a day 10 times out of 10 he don't finish it up on his own! Karl William Schwarz is a terrible dr. he did my BBL and his lipo work is horrible, dents, cannula marks everywhere, burned and loose skin, uneven thighs, inverted bottom, name it everywhere he touched he damaged and then denied it all. He is a very poor quality doctor there is no accountability and you will have no recourse. He will walk away needing dozens of surgeries to correct Schwarz's horrible work. Surgery wise went well however pre-op and post-op were horrible. The receptionist and most nurses in the back were so rude! There were only 2 kind and compassionate staff working here, sadly we didn't get there names. It started with letting the staff know that the pain medication prescribed was sadly out of stock at ALL pharmacies since every surgeon prescribed that same medication, we were advised by a pharmacist to request an alternative medication that they did have in stock, when we let the surgery center know we couldn't get the medication if they could prescribe the other medication, they said oooh you can't find that medication oooh well!!! Oooh well was their answer so the patient had to Manage after surgery pain with only TYLENOL!!!! Very inconsiderate and uncaring staff! It seemed as the patient was The one leading the appointments and when any questions were asking you were responded with rude remarks making the patient feel stupid. So we left every appointment misinformed and uneducated on how to properly care for the patient. It felt as we were not allowed to ask questions because when we did it was an automatic rude attitude, there were so unprofessional, and seemed as they were starting altercations with the patients over questions being asked, genuine questions about post op care. So much money went into this surgery, and we ended up feeling as if the patient was not properly cared for at the clinic. I feel like when you get any time of surgery you should feel good with the people that are in charge of your care unfortunately this was definitely not the case at 305 plastic surgery. First of all, to book Dr. William they tell you he has no availability until 2022. But magically, if you pay a VIP fee of $2500 that doesn't count told your procedure, you get a way earlier date. I should have known better. I read a review about someone being cancelled last minute because Dr. William decided he was only doing certain types of procedures on the particular day she was scheduled. I asked the coordinator if this was true and her reply was "of course not honey." Well, my fiancé gave up the $2500 for a date in February 2021 and was given a date in March. He went ahead and took it but when he called back about the original date promised, the coordinator told him she'd already cancelled someone to give him the March date, but gave the February date. So now we know they actually cancel people who've been waiting for someone who will pay more. So unethical. Fast forward to a few days before surgery after I've paid nearly $700 for medical clearance and labs, I get confirmation that I'm clear for surgery and told to come in for pre-op the day prior to surgery. I spoke to them the day before the pre-op appointment to let them know I'd be flying in that morning. I fly an uncomfortable flight, pay their office a mandatory $50 for a Covid test because they wouldn't let me bring results from a free test, to wait 2 hours in an office crowded with girls to see Dr Williams for 2 minutes. In this 2 minutes, he tells me I don't have enough fat to lipo. I sent pics to the coordinator who said Dr William said I was a good candidate. She told me I had to be down to 190 pounds for surgery. I weighed in at their office at 191. I'm 5'6 and 190 is obese, but supposedly I don't have enough fat. They offered a refund of what had been paid minus the Covid test, but how do you have out of state patients spend so much money in travel, accommodations, planned massages, and supplies to tell them no within hours of their arrival in state? I asked prior to the date being assigned if Dr Williams did virtual consultations and was told no. That would have saved me a lot of time and money. Anyway, I asked if he'd do a breast lift instead since I already paid for the date. He said the recovery is too hard and he wouldn't do it. What?! I don't like my intelligence insulted. I have no medical history that would make it harder that anyone else having the procedure. I also have done research previously and it's not a hard recovery, especially no harder than that of the procedure I was originally scheduled for. I immediately knew he made this up because he was overbooked. I called my recovery house who immediately said he does this all the time because he is popular and they overbook him. This office cares NOTHING about the customer. He showed no remorse and offered nothing else for my troubles. Stay away. Oh yeah, and for those with uneven results, it's probably because while you're under, he's going in and out for pre-op appointments. After he told me he wouldn't do my surgery, I asked for another procedure. Maybe 10 minutes had passed and all of a sudden he was in surgery. An assistant took photos on of my breasts and said she'd go show the pics to Dr William right away while he was in surgery and tell me what he says. He said no of course because he had no intention of doing anything for me. Fast forward another 20 minutes and I overhear another Dr William patient (skinnier than me) who just walked out of her pre-op with him talking about how he said she didn't have much of a waist but was excited over her love handles that he could lipo. I bought post surgery massages with them for 500. It's been three days postop and no one has contacted me about my massages. I've contacted them online. Left him voicemails. And message them on Instagram and they open my message and did not respond. Now it's the weekend and they don't have anyone on the weekend so it's looking like I'm going five days postop without getting any massages which is not okay... update they won't give me a refund read more

I had surgery with Dr.Brewster Big mistake 305 is ONLY in this for the money they state they are not responsible for your outcome. Say like in my case the fat doesn't stick and starts sliding down your leg. Well that's just too bad. There are no refunds and no revisions allowed. Do not trust these people. Please I beg you to choose a doctor that actually cares about their patients and actually cares about your results. I am stuck this way until I do a round 2. They did not offer to fix it and they just want more money it's insane. Now to go over the horrible customer service in their office. If you need to get in touch with someone after your surgery. You can forget about that. Your dreaming their after surgery number forwards to a line that just rings and doesn't take messages. They won't get back to you either. They also have so many people working in their office it's impossible to track someone down. If you go just be sure to get the names of the front desk ladies so you can refer to them. When you get to the massage center see if you can get a DIRECT number from who's working the desk there. As for the actual surgery. I came in at opening and I had to wait. Without a chair so ON THE FLOOR for most of the day until 4pm when they finally took me back. They basically forgot they had my surgery that day and ended up squeezing me in at the end. All I'm saying is please please choose a doctor that cares and not one of the puppy mills. When I got in the room with him he didn't look at one not one of the pictures I had. Why? Because he puts the same LARGE ass on everybody. I look ridiculous now. It's way too high and way too long. Not to mention he was lazy when it came to may arm limo. DONT COME HERE!! Worst place ever I was going to have my surgery on May 13 and I went for my pre op the day before and they rejected me, I didn't even see dr William a simple nurse told me that I wasn't a perfect candidate for bbl that I needed a tummy tuck too like if they didn't have pictures of me, like the could've told me that before, I traveled from California to Miami for nothing I paid for massages, hotel and everything. They were trying to hustle me for sure!!! I talked with a patient that had surgery there at the elevator when I was leaving and she told me that she regrets having surgery with them. If you're not Instagram "famous" don't even try to get surgery there. NOT WORTH IT!!!!! read more

Do not go here! This place is a joke! Not only are you treated like a number but I've been waiting for a refund for goods and services I never received for more than 6 months. Have called and emailed every week multiple times as they have requested and have only been told I'll get a call back from their so called Refund department that never happens! Only resort is filing a lawsuit which hopefully will get some real response and action!!! Never again!!! read more
