It is highly recommended to make a reservation online, and that seems to be the main complaint, but it couldnt be much easier to do this. VIP pass is an amazing bargain, especially if you go more than twice a month. I wish they had decent WATL or Infinity axes for newcomers, and/or that they had them professionally sharpened maybe once a week, but those are nitpicks. We wound up buying our own axes and are very happy with the recommendations from staff.

I threw one of the axes too high and they had no problem coming to grab it down for me! They have a variety of axes and knives that you can choose from or you can bring your own.
