I went last week for a consult with Kevin, the owner. He was a pleasure. He listened to me and asked questions to make sure He and I understood what I wanted. ( Yes, I wasn't sure what I wanted, he clarified and explained and showed me colors) So, He began his magic at 10 am today. He asked me a very important question. Do I plan to do upkeep every 4 weeks. I told him no. I'm too busy. He then suggested bringing me back to my natural color for roots and painting on the highlights/lowlights. I am so pleased with the results. He was extremely professional. And though he may be young, it was obvious to me he is well educated in his craft. The salon is beautiful. The salon is spotless, and the floors are consistently swept after each haircut. They never talked about hair goals or what they were trying to achieve never listened. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. !
