They never talked about hair goals or what they were trying to achieve never listened. Just chopped and dyed permanent color with each application leaving me with years if permanent color build up which has grown out brassy. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! There are no shortage of salons in the area and there is no reason to be loyal to a place that charges you a fortune and deceives you!

I also noticed in other reviews that people mentioned pressure to sign up for a membership--I didn't feel that at all. They asked once, I said no, and that was the end of it. She was uncomfortable sitting in the chair and being attended to. This was no fault to the stylist who did an amazing job, but just a personal reaction to be touched and made up. The owner has refused to refund the $200 paid up front and is now saying that the total cost was $200 trial and $200 day of. I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and this was absolutely not the case at that time. I have never been so offended. Additionally, the tone she took was abrupt and rude. I will no longee recommend this business to anyone and will not be returning. I tried to reason with her. I tried to explain that I was a long time client. None of that mattered. I'm heartbroken.
