My roadside assistance towed me to their shop - I had no idea if they were dishonest, bad, or what have you. The car was dropped off on a Sunday, so they were closed. Danny, the service writer, called me promptly the next morning, empathized with my plight, and promised they'd do everything they could to figure out the problem and get me on my way. Three days later the car was fixed and ready to go. That is super fast considering they're a busy shop and they had to order a bunch of parts. David Scott was the mechanic who worked on my car. I met him briefly when I came to pick up my car. I could tell he was very conscientious and really cared that the car was repaired properly.
