Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! However after that the communication totally broke down and she pretty much ghosted us when we had questions about our tax return. As someone using a CPA for the first time, I found myself wondering why am I paying when I feel like I am trying to figure this out alone (basically felt abandoned). We asked some basic questions back in March, she responded once, and that was it. She then emailed my husband that she's been on a trip to Japan.
