Randall pierced my nose. He wasn't the most personable person in the world. He didn't give a count down or say "ok breathe in, and breathe out" while he pierced it. He unexpectedly just pierced it. On my 18th birthday I had planned to go elsewhere for a tattoo, but they told me they couldn't that day because they were closing earlier than usual. I instead came here for a finger tattoo, and Eric was VERY kind during the process. I was super scared of the pain and he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. After a week with my tattoo, my skin had rejected 80% of the ink. I asked Eric to go back over it and he did, and this time with thicker lines. The tattoo stayed after that and I am so beyond happy with it. Highly recommend 360, and I plan to come here for a nose piercing soon! read more

Do not go here unless you check which artist you get. I got a super simple ufo on my hand and the artist (who didn't even tell me his name) completely screwed it up. The line work is horrible and it's completely off from the stencil he used for it. $80 for an awful, messed up tattoo. Now I have to find someone of skill to cover/fix it for me. I was in TX visiting family and we wanted to get the same small tattoo - we did not have appointments but we were treated nicely and work started right away after we showed our design. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given fair pricing and quick work. Aftercare instructions were clear and well explained and some A&D was given to hold us over until we got more. I just want to say that i usually never take time to write these kind of reviews but this was necessary. When I first came in with my friends, we were all wanting piercings done. We were ignored and had to ask for help. For one we were rushed and the guy "Randall" was definitely not too happy to be helping us. Second of all I had warned him about my sensitive skin and I had questions about the type of piercings he used and he kind of just blew me off, said I was fine, and pierced my skin anyways with the knowledge that it was possible for me to react badly to it. THIS is the result!!! When i had called to tell him that something was wrong he basically accused me of not cleaning it (which i absolutely did) and told me to use bactine which made my reaction worse i might add, AND THEN proceeded to tell me to wait a week. I had to call another place for help because I guess this place couldn't be bothered with me!! I am terribly sorry that i tried giving you guys my money. This is a very nice tattoo studio. I get all of my tattoos done by Jamie English, he is a very talented artist who does amazing custom bold color work. I have been to a few different shops he has worked at in DFW over the many years he has been tattooing me, this studio is definitely the nicest. Plenty of parking in front of the shop, well lit at night. The studio itself is very large and very clean. Each artist has their own booth space to work in so you aren't just sitting out in the open for everyone who walks in to stare at while getting tattooed. I went here because a friend of mine recommended this place. Came in Monday night (after my work so around 9:30ish pm) just to talk about an idea about my tattoo and Eric was working that night. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and where I'd want to get it done and how big I wanted it. Told me he would do it Tuesday night after I got off work. Now look, I thought I would get me in next week or a couple weeks later or whatever, because I understand that there's a process of drawing it out and that there were (maybe) other clients ahead of me and those other stuff to consider, but when he said he would take me the next day at night (after I got off work) I was honestly surprised and excited. I've been wanting to get this tattoo done for a while! Ha. So Tuesday night I came back at 9:30pm, but there was another client ahead of me. Which I didn't mind to be honest. Didn't want him to rush or anything, but he saw me and told me he would finish her up and to come back in an hour and that he was for sure going to get me done tonight. Not a problem, since I was actually really hungry and I needed to pull out some cash anyways haha. An hour passed by and I came back to the shop and he was just finishing her up. After she left, he was ready for me. I signed everything and he started to gather everything up. It was maybe around 11:40ish or maybe 12 when we started and we finished around 2am. When he said he'll get it done, he got it done. Didn't really take any breaks, which was fine by me to be honest, and he wasn't really rushing it. Felt a bit bad for his hand though. The turn out of my tattoo is pretty awesome! Eric is an awesome artist and hats off to him for staying after hours! read more

I got a tattoo by them years ago and I had another artist go in to dark on my thigh. I asked them to look at it for me to see what could be done he told me it was done deal and absolutely nothing can be done I went to three other places and they at least had solutions a large cover up extending the tattoo laser to lighten it and then they would help to cover it he just sent me on my way didn't even try I know its not their fault but come on you could of said something other than your screwed. read more
