Kevin was able to quickly identify what the root of the issue was and advised us we needed to migrated to a newer more safe version of WordPress. When they finally do what they say, they make another mistake somewhere else, take forever to fix THAT mistake, try to charge YOU for their new mistake, and that keeps happening over and over. In the end, they undo anything good they did (as if to be spiteful I'm not kidding) I ended up paying them to do one small thing that took 4 months. One Example, I had white font on black background to begin with before them. They turned it black somehow, asked them to fix it too many times, their mistake, they never did, That's just ONE example. I had them remove a picture and replace it with a new one. Surprise a month later that was undone and the old pic is back and new one is gone. An entire page that was removed also back two months later. This team is an absolute nightmare they will "act" like they are so nice, tell you how long they are in business, don't get sucked in like I made the mistake, you will be sorry.
