Since I was a kid, my parents never taught me the importance of dental health which lead me being in and out of dental offices my entire life. I can confidently say that 360 Dental is the best office I have ever been to. I came here from another dental office at which I had a bad experience. At the prior office, I had a gone in for an extraction, but left with trauma after passing out and having my body break out in hives. I was definitely weary to trust another dental office, but when I came in and saw the type of care 360 provided, I knew I had found my place. From the hygienists, to the doctors, to the front & back staff, 360 Dental is the best. I started off my experience with a cleaning, exam and x-rays. Dr. Greg did my exam and put together the best treatment plan for my value. which was longevity. Sonya, the hygienist, taught me so much about dental hygiene and performed the best cleaning I've ever had. I started my treatment plan with Dr. Danoukh but I was very scared because the first thing I had to do was an extraction..that's exactly what I had done last time when I had gone through the traumatic experience from the last dental office. When I spoke to him about my concerns before the procedure, he answered all of my questions with care and confidence. I followed through with the extraction and left super happy because I couldn't believe how easy it was compared to the last experience I had. I started recommending everyone I knew to 360 Dental because of the care and comfort I received on my first dental procedure appointment with them. I ended up doing 3 of my wisdom teeth extractions with them & even placed an implant where Dr. Danoukh extracted that first tooth. I had no pain with the implant placement and very minimal swelling immediately after the procedure. I am so thankful to 360 Dental for putting my dental care first. The way they care for my dental health has pushed me to do the same. If you're thinking about coming here, don't think twice.. just do it. read more

Please be careful. 360 Dental either misdiagnosed on multiple fronts or they attempted to scam me. My crown came off on a Monday and my regular, trusted dentist is not open on Mondays. 360 Dental was able to book an appointment to see me that same day. After the exam, Grigor Sarafian told me that they would need to make a new crown, that the old crown was dislodged by a cavity that would need to be filled, and that most likely, a root canal would be required. Fortunately, they were running so far behind schedule that by the time I received the diagnosis, I had already been there for ninety minutes and I no longer had the time to begin treatment. On Tuesday, my regular, trusted dentist called me back and got me in same day. They put the crown back in place. Multiple dentists there confirmed that I had no cavity. And the entire visit cost me $40 in copay. 360 Dental quoted me $1,295, much of which would be out of pocket, plus whatever they would have charged once they "confirmed" that I needed a root canal. But they did offer a coupon if I wrote them a 5-star Yelp review. Yeah, probably just scammers. read more

I found this place on Yelp it had 5 stars as a dentist office and was like naw no way. Let me tell you 5 stars from start to finish. Making the appointment was super easy. The person who made the reminder call informed me of the parking situation which I love! The waiting area was under construction but they still some how made even that cute and welcoming. Check in was super easy and quick. Every single person you encounter while there is extremely nice. How? This never happens but it did today. I had been putting off getting my wisdom tooth extracted because I was traumatized from an extraction experience I had over the summer 2020 at a different office. If I had known that coming here would've been this easy I would've done it a long time ago. The procedure was so quick there was absolutely no pain I was so impressed. I liked this dentist. The dentist's are awesome, really nice guys. The nurses are super nice but the last time I had done..maybe a year ago I was met with a really rude girl at the front desk. She called me three times hounding me about being late. The first time I told her, I am running late, I will be there in 10 minutes. While I'm driving there, I get another call, I give her my google eta, I tell her I'm almost there. I'm parking, I get another call. Then when I get there, I apologize for being late, and she rudely tells me "next time they'll cancel my appointment" like???? Really? I told you I made a mistake and am running late, can you be a little nicer when dealing with people? She was so rude I was thrown off because the rest of the staff is so kind. I stopped going there because I don't like to be treated like that anywhere I go. Especially over a mistake, and I apologized multiple times and was still told off. I found another dentist just for this reason. The dentist's are nice guys though. I just don't like to be treated that way. Also I do want to add that I paid for a crown that my insurance probably should've covered. And then I needed another thing done so my insurance was contacted but the procedure was denied. I went to a different dentist for the same thing and my insurance approved it. So I'm unsure what that's about. read more

Jennifer was extremely kind and gentle with me after having my crowns put in. I needed temps and was AMAZED at how she not only aided me with the right crowns but designed temp crowns that were gorgeous. Definitely recommend checking this place out. I've been to multiple dentists and have been even scammed by several ones, so I'm very selective on where I go. But, when I tell you this has been so far one of the best places I have gone. From it being super clean to the place looking very presentable and everything being organized is a 10/10. All of my treatments and work have been done excellently, and I never had to complain. I would like to give a big shout out to my hygienist, Sonya, who has been doing my cleaning for about 2 years, and I love the way she works. Every time I leave, my mouth feels super clean, and I feel very happy and content with her work. Also, not sure about the other negative reviews, but I have never felt pressured by them to upsell me on stuff I never needed. On the contrary, they helped me try to get as much covered by medical as possibly they could because they understood my financial situation. Of course not everything can be covered, but I've never been scammed or pressured to do something I didn't want. I have gotten my regular cleanings, deep cleanings, crown, and a root canal, and all of my experiences have been positive. I was told that I needed a root canal done under a crown. I was having no pain or trouble with the tooth and got not only one but two second opinions. Just as I suspected, no root canal was needed. I am very disappointed with them and their Invisalign service. When I first went in for cleanings I really liked the office and their service, they kept trying to push Invisalign and telling me how it would help my gum recession and gum health. I started Invisalign and a half way through I started having more jaw pain, when I asked them about the employee helping started trying to sell me Botox, which was irritating. Then when I got through my trays I was still having a lot issues with my bite, pain and pressure and the Dr was not able to give me answers and had tried getting me into retainers. He was unprofessional, when I tried getting resolutions he couldn't tell me how he was going to help fix my bite. I told him I want to see an orthodontist, he got defensive and said "fine, you can go see someone else. I'm just as good if not better than any orthodontist in the area." I pointed out on the scan how my teeth were positioned and that it hurts and he asked me "what do you want?" I've now had 2 other opinions and they've told me that how my teeth are positioned currently it will continue my gum recession and grind down my teeth because the canine relation is off. It's irritating because that's how they sold me on Invisalign, it's that it would help my gums and oral health, but now I'm having to get work done with a different doctor. I would suggest for those getting their teeth cleaned here to be careful, because they constantly just try selling you services. I really did like their office when I first started getting my teeth cleaned, but it's very upsetting how my teeth have ended up. Go to an orthodontist if you need you teeth straighten, I would recommend them at all. read more

I found them on Yelp and reading the reviews of how happy everyone was with their service I had to check it out for my self and just like the reviews stated it was all that in real life . Cindy was wonderful she helped me the whole way she was so kind and gentle. I wish I could have written everyone's name down because everyone was amazing Chrissy as well the 5 star is well deserved. I've never been to a dentist that I enjoyed so much. First of all the entire experience is something to definitely write home to. I was referred by my friend who's a longtime patient. I had an issue with my filling from a previous dentist & I came here and was amazed. They are all so lovely. Everyone from Goar, Bella, Adriana were so lovely. Goar assured I was able to book the earliest available appointment. Adriana gave me a lovely tour of the office and made me welcome. Bella helped me with the pricing and broke down everything I would be getting done. Dr. Greg was so sweet and lovely. He looked at my X-ray and went over what my options were. He assured me that even though I would need a root canal, they had the best endo dentist working here. And boy did they. Dr. Mansouri blew me away. He was so kind and welcoming. He made me feel at ease and talked me through the procedure. They had a movie playing while I was getting my root canal done. I literally felt so at ease and really didn't even feel like I was getting a root canal done. Especially when I've had such horrible root canals done in the past, I can't believe I'm leaving 360 dental with the biggest smile on my face.
