I usually don't write bad reviews and I am gonna try to keep this one short. I came here over a year ago to get rid of a root canal that I believed was a source of problems Her holistic approach was what convinced me in the first place. I am not gonna criticize the dentists there. They seem to be doing a decent job. What I am appalled about is the lack of transparency regarding their prices and the pressure they put on you to have more work done even if you don't want it. The lady in the front was rude, pushy, forces you into getting a 900 dollar membership to receive discounted prices and a yearly "free"cleaning. They make you pay first and then email you a link to a bill 2 pages long... probably to make you feel better about the amount you are being charged for! My procedure was simple X-rays, beam scan, pull the root out. Insert metal implant, and then a crown. I needed an additional sinus lift which I had no issue paying for. But I was told half way through the procedure by the front lady that my implant was gonna be 4793 which I believe is way enough for a regular implant ( not including my sinus lift which was an additional 1530) ... but nope at the time I was supposed to get the abutment and the crown I was told I needed to pay an additional 4654! One tooth would have come up to 9450 without the sinus lift. I had no complications nothing done other than the sinus lift. It took over a year to have half the procedure done. Another thing that sucks there the only dentist that is qualified to do implant comes once a month! Great! They ultimately made me believe I misunderstood when I paid the first 4800... that it was only the implant not the actual tooth! Believe me, I would have been cleary told that the whole thing was gonna cost over 10k I would have been seeing another dentist from the get go. I am not criticizing their work but their lack of transparency, lack of honesty and their prices over all. My old dentist finished the job for less than half want they wanted for the crown. Unless you have 10k for a tooth I would not recommend this place at all!!! read more

Just superb. Highly professional without strain The office is serene. Dr Babrood is completely present, warm and kind, a great communicator, a great listener. She wants to have a comprehensive picture of who you are so what she discovers about the health and history of your mouth has context. And simply because she cares about her patients. Her receptionist and her tech are equally skilled and caring. She has a male associate I haven't met, but willing to bet he's in synch with the way of this group. I went to Dr. Babrood for a 2nd opinion on a 6 tooth front bridge that needed to be replaced due to problem teeth that supported the bridge! The dentist I was seeing the last 3 years took full mouth X-rays and didn't really give me confidence on how he as going to replace the bridge until after he removes and sees what the problem with the teeth supporting the bridge! Dr. Babrood examined the bridge and took additional pictures with her portable color camera tool and showed me the underlying problem and ways to solve and replace the bridge after a root canal on one tooth my regular dentist never showed me! Dr. Babrood showed me where the problem was and how to solve the situation! The Doctor made me feel extremely comfortable and felt confident immediately! Fantastic as always I just finished getting the finalization of my crown today and it went perfectly. I think the thing I like about this place the most is I know that they do really good work so I won't have to come back for the same thing which is kind of the reason I'm here in the first place is cause the last dentist Did not do his job well enough. They provide thorough treatments and you can definitely trust them to do an amazing job whether it is for a teeth cleaning or amalgam removal. They are dedicated, check in on you while they are doing any teeth procedure and at times because of the white noise of the machine I must say may put you to sleep. Back when I was fifteen and living in France, I got hit by a car. This caused the bottom of my right front tooth to break off, thankfully I moved back to California two days later and my childhood dentist was able to bond it. Fast forward to two days ago, I am 27 now, and take a small bite of cracker. The bond breaks off and I am so hysterical that I may just have to head to Kaiser urgent care because I am 10 minutes away from a full nervous break down. I call my dental insurance and turns out it is a year and a half out of date! I leave my business in an over the top panic. BH" I run into a friend who works nearby and he sets me up with Rite Dentist and Dr. Babrood. She's a life saver! I was prepared to hide out in my home office for weeks on in with the exception of heading to Kaiser Urgent Care for a strong Xanax prescription to calm down. Dr. Babrood was amazing on so many levels. She gave me the honest truth about needing a crown after this emergency repair and walked me through the steps of what needed to be done in the future. Not to mention, she free handed my emergency bond and it looks like it's the real original tooth I had pre accident! I have never been to a dentist who takes her time and has such attention to detail (especially while coming off so kind and conscientious ). Finally, her staff were exceptional! The dental hygienist who assisted, along with the receptionist really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Babrood and her hygienist even stayed after hours to get my look perfected and the color/ tooth length spot on! I will definitely be back for my crown and deep cleanings. Update I'd like to highlight the fact that cancer screening is not complimentary, and is a part of something you as a patient pay for. I'd like to also highlight the response from said dentist responded with no such care and rather used my review to show her narcissism. This is not the right dentist for me. Def don't trust them and def shows true colors on her response. I went to this dentist specifically based on the Yelp reviews. Which I really question after going in for consult and returning for a scheduled procedure. When I went in for the consult, I was pressured into paying for a plan instead of just paying for consult and X-rays. I felt that the cancer screening was not done with care and I had to ask over and over about it. The dentist then referred me to the worst specialist who refused to give me consult prices over the phone. Had terrible Yelp reviews. And this almost made me feel like these people were people she was some how either related to or connected to on a business level. If I was a Dr I would never send my patients to such terrible places so confidently. That was a fed flag but there were many more red flags. Next appointment was to start first procedure. I was first made to pay for procedure before it was performed. I was rushed and charged a high amount because I had additional questions. I came in for one procedure and then was told they changed my care plan and wanted to do something entirely different than what was scheduled, and we never went over. I went to this dentist because the reviews said she was kind, gentle, and did good work. I did not like having a switch of scheduled procedures. I did not like that I was treated like I was asking too many questions. I did not feel comfortable and I asked for the money I paid for refunded since the procedure didn't get done (because " I asked too many questions and now the Dr. Didn't have enough time"). Well I have no idea how she could of done the said procedure in the time she even scheduled me for. I went to a few different dentists after this to confirm all the work she wanted to do on me. Very expensive and invasive work. Many root canals. Etc. None of the other dentists thought I needed any root canals. And I've chosen to get work done by one of these other dentist. It went well and I wasn't charged insane prices. I really believe this dentist wanted to do unnecessary work on me. I came in stating I had fear of dental work, and because of my background of being severely abused with ptsd I wanted to make the right decision on choosing a dentist I could trust and feel comfortable with. Well Im glad I went with my gut feelings, and moved on and away from this dentist. I feel like that is terribly wrong on so many levels to take advantage of a patient and treat them this way as well as try to do lots of unnecessary expensive work on them. I am glad they refunded me in the end and that I never have to deal with these people again. read more

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, will say it how it is, and overall great individual, you should go to Dr Babrood. Her staff is also very good and welcoming. Their work is excellent and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have done fillings, cleanings and most recently a crown. Overall, I've had a great experience there and have enjoyed the clean office space as well as the serene view. My PPO doesn't cover as much as I would like but that doesn't stop me from going back given the great experience every time.
