DO NOT TRUST 360 Electric, Jeff Goldium or his crew to be honest with you or to perform good work on your property. I was in the market for a motorized gate operator to be installed on my new driveway gate. I explained to the owner Jeff Goldium specifically what I wanted, a single-swing gate operator that runs off the 120 AC power provided to my house by the power company. Instead Goldium had his crew install a battery-powered gate operator. It only operates with power from a battery. 120 VAC power is run to the control box only to maintain charge on the battery. If there's no battery present or a discharged battery that means the unit will not operate. Besides not closing and sealing the gate properly, this gate operator only worked for two weeks then died. Before that every time I opened or closed the gate the control unit would beep three times. I assumed this was a warning that the gate was going into motion. It is actually an alert that the battery is about to die. This was the condition from the start because Goldium's electrician made a faulty and possibly dangerous power connection from my house to the control unit, so the battery was never being charged. I would not have known that they installed a battery powered unit if Goldium's electrician (Rudy) hadn't messed this up. Goldium accepted no responsibility for installing the wrong equipment and poor installation so I was forced to file a complaint against his company with the California Contractor's State License Board. The CSLB awarded a judgement in my favor where 360 was ordered to refund me in full and remove the unwanted equipment from my property. I then found a good company that put in a better gate operator unit, for less money. Don't trust 360 Electric or the owner Goldium. read more

I called Jeff on Wednesday about 2 simultaneous electric failures! We are having a party on Friday and the lights for our backyard (2 of 3 sources) were out. I asked if they were available anytime on Thursday and Jeff arrived at 8:30 and, assessed the problems and then Rudy arrived at 3pm to install a new light fixture and the other problem was a simple outlet that had become unplugged (10 feet above ground)! Today is Friday and all is working perfectly! Oh, and while Rudy was here he, for no charge and not being asked, "lubricated" the metal link chain on our electric driveway gate. Such great service! And, only $199, including all labor and supplies. This is the 2nd, but not the last, time I have used this company and will continue! I highly recommend them. read more

I've used 360 Electric for two projects: installing a motorized gate and installing solar. They came recommended from a fencing company that installed my fence. I'm so glad I went with their recommendation. 360 Electric worked hand in hand with the fencing company and coordinated everything between them so I had to do very little back and forth. A few months later my fence started to sag and my gate wasn't closing all the way (this was due to how the fencing company poured the concrete). The fencing company came out to do the repair and then 360 Electric followed up to reinstall the motor for free. I'm also extremely happy with their job on the solar panel installation. Jeff came out and looked at my home, made an estimate, and stuck to it. He even bought my panels a little ahead of time to make sure I wouldn't have to pay for a possible increase in price due to upcoming tariffs. Throughout both these projects I was able to always get in touch with them by phone or email and their crews were extremely helpful and friendly. The guys from 360 Electric were fabulous. I was trying to change a light switch and stupidly made a mistake, which resulted in a breaker being blown. So I called the guys at 360, and they had a crew over in less than an hour. Not only were they here quickly, but they got right to work. They completely checked out my circuit breakers, and replaced the blown one. They gave me advice on how to check up on them periodically to make sure none of the others was going bad. And then they looked a few of my light switches, and properly fixed them. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. read more

These guys are a total rip off. I bought a house where they had previously installed an electric gate. I was told by the owner to call Jeff if there was a problem. The gate stopped working, I called Jeff. First off, it's almost impossible to get them on the phone, they rarely call back. They are not interested in fixing the gate. Originally they told me they would replace the gate latch for $400 plus labor and they would send someone out to look at it. They never did. Now I can't even get them on the phone. Their lack of responsiveness got me looking around and guess what? I found the EXACT PART they wanted to charge $400 for new from the manufacturer for 58.00!!!!Don't hire these guys!!! I have been using 360 Electric for my 28 unit apartment building for the past 4 years and before I found Jeff and the boys I was going through electricians like underwear. Such an awful experience with this company, and particularly the owner Jeff. This man installed my motor for my electric gate and has been problem after problem after problem. Most recently, he's come several times to fix my problem and never actually fixes it- tells me everything is working properly and then tries charging me $99. When I ask him to comes back, he never takes responsibility. One day he says the problem is fixed, next day is telling me there's a mechanical issue and will charge me another $99. OK, As far as knowledge, workmanship and friendliness I would rate them a 5 star. However as far as responsiveness and timeliness after sale support I regrettably must rate them a 1. They installed two gate operators at our home of which one stopped working 3 weeks ago, left them a friendly message requesting service for 2 weeks without any returned call. One Friday morning a tech showed up without prior notice and eventually found that a card needed to be replaced. He spoke with the supplier and was told it was in stock and therefore would be returning on Monday to install it. Monday came and went and again I left a message... Tuesday left a message... Wednesday left a message... as of this posting still awaiting a return call??? Again, it is really unfortunate cause Jeff really knows his stuff and very helpful, if he can be reached. read more

I can't say enough nice things about Jeff and 360 Electric. I installed a new automatic gate and needed an electrician to install the motor. 360 Electric was recommended by the fence company so I gave them a call. Phone service was wonderful to begin with and they were on time for the appointment. Not always the case with contractors as you know. I had some work done just the week before by another electrician and nothing was working right. Jeff took time to show me what was wrong and advised me on how to get them to come back and fix the work. Had I known about 360 Electric first I would have saved my self a lot of headache. The day they came to electrify my gate they ask me to open garage so they could program the garage door opener with the fence opener. Long story short car had a flat tire and you guessed it they helped me with that. Talk about going over and beyond service. Needless to say I will never call anyone but 360 Electric from now on. My gate works like a charm and is so quiet you can't here it. If you want top notch work and feel secure that things are being done right this is the company you want. I remodeled my backyard last year with an upgrade on the patio. I had patio lights, fountains, ceiling fans and additional outlets installed. I called 360 Electric and they came out and gave me a great quote and I hired them. The installation went smoothly and Jeff's crew was very polite and professional. I recently bought a spa and called on them again to do the electrical work. Jeff's crew, led by Jack was great again. They arrived everyday on time and worked hard. My job was a little more complicated and required a bit more ingenuity. However, Jack was able to work it out and the job was done in 2 days. He was very polite and the consummate professional. He made sure to explain everything and point out any changes. At the end of the workday, Jack made sure the entire area was cleaned and washed down. Just had 360 Electric come out for an emergency repair. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and guided me through some steps to try and avoid an after hours charge. I told him that I didn't care and they came out within an hour. It ended up being a bad breaker and they replaced it with a new one. I think the price was more than fair. I actually thought it was going to be a lot higher. They said they would rather keep me as a long term customer instead of ripping me off. After calling numerous times still haven't been able to get a repair man to repair work 360 electric did on installing motors on our vinyl gates. From the beginning of the project Jeff was difficult to work with missing appointments when promising to show up. The project took a lot longer to complete because of the fact no one followed through. Jeff was such a scatter brain throughout the entire process, I really don't know how he's a productive business owner. We moved into a brand new house with very modern electrical wiring and Jeff didn't know how to work our system to run electricity to the motors for the gates. We had to hire another company to finish the work because his workmanship was under par and not up to date with the newest technology. If you get vinyl gates form Vinyl Fence Depot do not go with their recommendation of 360 electric, someone must get a kick back on the referral. read more

So I've been using 360 Electric for my gate motor since 2012. That was my first gate. Then 4 years later, someone broke my gate motor by forcing his entry through the gate. When I called Jeff, he said the bracket was bent and had to be replaced. I expressed my concern that my gate motor would be broken again if there's nothing to secure the gate, so Jeff offered an electronic latch that worked with my gate motor. The latch failed a couple of times, but 360 Electric came back to check & fix it until it is working. The last time the latch failed to open, 360 Electric came back out and was able to fix it without me even being home. As far as their responsiveness to calls, I think it is a bit better. At least they are responding to my texts. Sometimes the technician still failed to show up at the appointment time but when I texted Jeff, he'd try to figure out what happened, and then the next day, the technician would come. I feel like we are either good friends or family by now since I had to call them so many times to come back to fix my gate motor or the electronic latch. read more

I called 360 Electric to fix the overhead kitchen florescent lights in my house. Jeff and his assistant came on time the next morning. They were well-mannered and careful about not getting anything dirty or messy. Jeff explained exactly what he was doing, and even provided guidance in case I wished to do the repair myself in the future, as well as advice on maintenance.
