A team member came out before they sent their estimate to view the location of the project so they could offer an accurate estimate. No other company was interested in looking at the property first. Once we found a day that worked for both of us, they arrived on time and did the job. They cleaned up after themselves, and it passed the inspection easily. There was one miscommunication regarding an item listed on the estimate that was not included in the final project. It listed that the permit and inspection with LADBS was included, which was why I went with them, but afterward Vilyam said that was a mistake.
