I contacted MH Electric on a Friday, and Marat responded to my inquiry right away regarding all the outlets that were not working in all three of our bathrooms, and replacing a dimmer switch for our dining room chandelier. We scheduled an appt. for the following Monday morning, and Serge and, his assistant arrived on time. Serge was able to diagnose the problem right away, and he and his assistant got right to work. Both were respectful of our property (asked if they could wear shoe covers that I provided, which they did), and they worked really fast - took less than an hour. All in all, we were happy with their prompt service, reasonable rates, and will definitely use them again in the future. Amazing experience with Arsen, Armen, and Marat! Prior to scheduling, we reached out to several electricians for quotes and general questions to install a Tesla charger. We appreciated how honest, direct, and knowledgeable Marat was. He also offered the best price compared to all the others. Keep in mind, the work was the same across all of the quotes. Marat's work included labor, parts, and permit/inspection. I'm so glad we decided to go with him. He was communicative from start to finish. He was also on time. We lost all electrical outlet power in 2 of our bathrooms. MH Electric answered promptly early in the morning and offered to come the same day. The electrician drove all the way from Panorama City. Shortly before he came, we found another reset switch in one of the bathrooms that fixed the problem. I offered to still pay him for his trouble of coming over and offered to hire him to put up our ceiling lights in our new home. He was gracious and did not accept payment. He kept saying he was happy that our problem was resolved and that we shouldn't feel obligated to give him work because of what happened. What a truly kind, decent and remarkable man. He set up the whole Service panel upgrade that required PG&E and the county to come out all on the same day so my power would be able to be turned back on in a timely manner he came in at under his estimate. To summarize, my electric charger stopped working, and I'm unsure what caused the issue. It's possible that the initial installation of the 240V outlet was faulty.
