When I contacted Elite after the job via text, I was under the assumption that they guarantee their work. Apparently not because they wanted to charge me an additional $97 for two more hours for them to come back out and clean what was missed/ignored. This was the first time we ever had our home cleaned by "professionals" and it will be the last. Why would I pay Elite additional monies when they state on their site they "guarantee" their work?! They should have honored their guarantee and returned to fix what was missed/skipped. If they cant do it right the first time, why would I believe they would do it right the second.
