I completely understood and unfortunately had to try and find somebody else, however, they did not offer to send me a refund, but instead just offer me a free event in the future. However, this was during the holidays, and I was already struggling to find someone else let alone find the money to be able to do that. I politely ask them to please send me a refund and it has been more than a month that I have not received a response to any of my text messages and to my surprise I called their phone number and now it is disconnected. I am disappointed that I have no guarantee of receiving my refund and now I have no line of communication. I'm hoping that they see this message and get back to me because I really enjoyed using them in the past but this is unacceptable and disappointing. I do not appreciate how they have handled this because a professional response of any kind to my text is the minimum.

From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely fun. The attendants who came out were awesome. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality.
