360 Photobooth was super wonderful to work with. I booked them because they had the best value for the price we paid and they delivered and exceeded everything they promised. We had them at our wedding reception for 2 hours. We had 2 attendants and they helped our guests with everything, especially keeping the line moving and getting their pictures put into our album. They also communicated with us extensively, before, during and after our event. We got access to our online gallery just a few days after our wedding, and we got our album and CD super fast too (and they included a hand written note, so that was very much appreciated). They also provided props and I do have to say that this part of our wedding was very much enjoyed by all of our guests and ourselves and I'm super happy to recommend them, thank you 360 Photobooth, Suzane and staff!! read more

Honestly, I don't know why 360 photobooth is getting such rave reviews. I've been to weddings in which they've used 360 photobooth and felt that they were quite rude. Sure the pictures turn out nice, and the little accessories add a fun and festive touch, but the entire experience is ruined when the people who are running the booth lack professionalism. Recently, I tried to email them for a quote (as instructed on their website), despite my past experiences. I was coordinating a wedding and thought that I would forget my own experiences and try giving them the benefit of the doubt and at least ask for a quote. My disappointment went unchanged. Not only did it take them two weeks to email me back, but they actually addressed me by a completely wrong name and got the information for the wedding all mixed up. If they cannot handle the business, maybe they should consider cutting back on events. read more

They were posted up at a wedding I attended recently. Fast, efficient, a good array of props and the booth was not too small...4 of us fit in comfortably. I also liked that you can choose color or b&w on the touch screen inside. They gave us a hard copy (which came out instantaneously) and also made it accessible on their site. We just had 360 Photobooth at our wedding this past May, and had an absolute blast. As a wedding planner myself, I have worked with many vendors, and these guys are among the best! They were very flexible and flowed with our changing timeline throughout the day. Our guests had a blast, which was one of the most important parts of the day to me! Everyone kept talking about the photobooth and tried to pull me in there so many times. I started to run out of weird faces to make in the end... We used 360 photo booth for our wedding... I got pompt responses from them, they followed up, and made their presence seamless! I approved designs, they showed up and I did not have worry after that! They showed up and did what they were paid to do! Jesse was great! He made sure that me and my husband got out time to take pics! I just wish I made more time during the wedding to take pics with everyone else. He made sure we got our album and online viewing...the design was perfect and during a day that had so much to be done, the last thing I needed to worry about was the photo booth! Very colorful and so much fun with all the accessories (hats, glasses etc) that you can use. People really come out of their shell inside a booth where nobody can see them. We used 360 Photobooth for our wedding on June 8, 2013 and they were terrific!! We didn't know what to expect from their booth until we saw it at the wedding and it's everything you want. It's modern, clean and easy to use. It also fits a LOT of people so that makes the experience so much better. The booth can do color or black & white pics and the staff is right there to walk you through how to use it. I read another review that said the staff was not professional but that was definitely not the case for us. Suzane, Jesse and their team were so excited to help every guest and they made sure that the final 10 minutes of our allotted time was reserved for me and my wife so we could take as many pics as we wanted. I think that says a lot about their professionalism. Also, you can't beat the price. We looked at a lot of companies and chose 360 because they give you everything you need at an affordable price. We got a big booth, unlimited prints, a scrapbook, props, 2 attendants to help, no extra cost for set-up or tear-down and several hours of pics. Other places nickel and dime you for those kinds of amenities but you get all of that for one price at 360 Photobooth. I booked 360 Photobooth for my wedding on 11/02/2012 and the I'm actually rating them a 3.5 but there is no .5 I really liked them and their prices was very affordable. Jessee and the other male attendant were nice during my wedding, and were easy to work with (Thank you both!). The reason why I'm giving them a 3.5 is because after my wedding, some of my relatives flew back to the East Coast and asked me when they can preview the pictures online. According to their website "photos are typically uploaded within 48 to 72 hours after each event", however this was not the case for me. To this date, three weeks after my wedding, my pictures have never been uploaded. I emailed them after the wedding asking about when my copies will be mailed to me and my email was never answered but I did get them in the mail soon after that. I also emailed Susan to find out when the copies will be online but I did not get a response. I assuming since its way pass the 48 to 72 hours that my photos will not get uploaded and let my family know that it will not be available for preview. :( read more

We went to a wedding that used 360 Photobooth. It was a huge booth so there was lots of room. The woman who owns it was so sweet and you could tell she really cared about her business. They give you a free copy of your pictures, one goes in the brides scrapbook...AND you can download them free from her online website. 360 photobooth did an absolute amazing job at our wedding this past July. They were very punctual the months leading up to the wedding with coordinating the event and making sure the picture template was just the way we wanted it. My wife and I found 360 Photobooth though our wedding site coordinator. They offered a great product at a very reasonable price. We booked them for three hours during our wedding reception and the package included props to use in the pictures, two photo booth attendants, unlimited photos, a scrapbook and a DVD of all the pictures taken. Also included in the package was the ability to add a logo we had designed to appear on the photo strips and choosing the background color for the pictures. Our wedding was in Temecula, CA but 360 Photobooth did not charge for travel within Southern California which was a nice bonus. The booth attendants were able to set up on a patio right outside our reception area without any noise or distraction. Once all our planned festivities were completed, we opened up the photo booth to our guests. The booth attendants that worked our event (Jessee and Jon) were very courteous and professional. They were also very patient with our more "spirited" guests. They did a great job encouraging our guests to write messages next to their photos in the scrapbook. The scrapbook is a great idea since serves as a guest book, but a more fun version. The props were great and so were the quality of the pictures. After the wedding, our online gallery was ready within a few business days and we received our scrapbook and picture disc within a month. The final product is a great memento of our day and we are so happy we hired them. Our main contact, Suzane was very easy to communicate and coordinate with and Jessee, the person who helped me with the logo and worked the event was great as well. We would highly recommend 360 Photobooth for your wedding or any other event that you would want documented with some more candid photos. read more

By the reviews I think they might do a good job at what they do. Unfortunately after actually speaking with them and sending 2 emails I've yet to hear back (bout a month total). Bottom line is, if you don't hear back in a couple days move on cause they are probably booked and couldn't care less about you or your event. It the principal of running a successful business 360 photo, a simple 'we are booked' woulda been just fine. read more
