Tuesday of the dinner week rolled around, and sure enough, the rain was confirmed for Thursday. I reached out to what felt like 1 million different companies, and most of the quotes were fairly high for a canopy. I found Arael Events here on yelp, and then I went to social media to see if I could find additional tagged photos of events they've done. Not that I needed an elaborate set up, but I wanted to make sure that the set up looked nice and that it would withstand the weather and wind. Her quote came in significantly lower than most other companies, and that included canopy walls, a string of lights down the center, as well as set up and teardown. They are quick, professional, and friendly! When I find a company that I believe in, they have my full support! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent for their events, so much so that after my event, they took down the canopy, and transported it just down the road to a friend's place for their weekend event, AND I booked them again for our team the following week.

Horrible company -- do not hire them. I would give zero stars if I could…read more This company completely ghosted us and failed to deliver the items we paid for for my baby shower. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and literally made me cry the day of my event -- something no pregnant woman should have to go through. We placed our order well in advance and paid everything upfront. Communication was absolutely terrible from the start. The day before the event, they never provided a delivery time or even a delivery window. We called and texted countless times with no response. Hours later, near the end of the day, they finally replied saying the bounce house had a hole in it and they didn't have a replacement. They also claimed they would deliver the remaining items between 7:30-8:30 PM. With almost no notice, we had to scramble to find another company that could provide a bounce house same day. By 10 PM, there was still no delivery and no communication. They finally showed up around 10:15 PM with less than HALF of the order we had already paid for. At that point, we had no chance to find another company the night before the event. It became obvious they never intended to deliver the rest of our order. The morning of the baby shower, someone claiming to be a friend of the company contacted us and said he could bring the missing items -- but only if we paid him separately for each one. This made no sense because we had already paid in full in advance. With only a few hours before guests arrived, we had to once again scramble to find another company that could deliver the missing items on short notice. Thankfully, the replacement company actually communicated and followed through. We have repeatedly contacted the owner requesting a refund and are still being ignored. This company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and not trustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone planning an important event
