I went with Metro as the were so highly recommended, and there were reviews that said they were 'reasonably' priced which made me question what the going rate was. After speaking to others, I realize I'd been had. I wish I'd read the 1 star reviews first which complain about being over charged. When I called to get a quote I was told they'd have to see and access what kind of locks we had first. In hindsight, I should have pushed further for a quote and sent a picture of my locks.
