I put out a Request for Quote for a locksmith, and Key Locksmith answered among others. I wound up texting, and then speaking to the owner. I let him know what I needed, and that I would like the work done in the next 48 hrs. The owner himself showed up to do the work right when he said he's be there. Someone stood in for me, and they said he was very professional and efficient. When the work was done, the owner sent me pictures and videos of the completed work! I called KL because my front door knob stopped working. I had gotten only my door knob replaced recently when a similar issue happened at a different locksmith but obviously that didn't do the whole trick. The technician from Key Locksmith who came out told me that it was because my entire mechanism was old and was probably never replaced in 30 years. I took a look at it when he uninstalled it and I was pretty horrified at how gross and old it was. I called KL in the morning and based on my avails they were able to come out immediately in the afternoon. My technical (I think it was Oran) was professional and communicative throughout. The only ding I'd say was the miscommunication between the locksmith and his basecamp around price.
