Just had some work done by STT and it went great. Things i liked: Pretty much everything. Karim was very responsive, super friendly, and quoted the work would take 4 hours and guess what it took exactly 4 hours. The install was clean and they swept up the work area after they were done. Things that can be improved: I would have appreciated a wall plate vs just a small (it's a very small hole) hole in the wall behind the TV. This probably should have been mentioned by me in the first place. To potential customers: My experience was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back.
