However, I continued seeing her after I was impressed at how she individualized each person's treatment plan. She provides documents on how to care for your skin, which ingredients to avoid in products among other things. I purchased the products, avoided triggers and kept going for regular treatments. I saw a difference in a few months. My skin now feels amazing, supple and soft. Something I thought I couldn't achieve- before seeing her I was breaking out a lot with non inflamed acne in my jaw area and chin. As well as some inflamed acne near my cheeks and jaw as well. It was so painful and I kept picking at them which led to scarring. Now not only has my skin cleared up significantly, I have seen some pretty dark scars lighten up and are close to fading which I didn't think was possible. The products are great and it makes my life so much easier to know I can use them without wondering if they'll work. I used to spend so much money at Sephora on products that were just worsening my skin. The line she sells is amazing. Every penny is worth it- for treatment and products. Now I barely have to wear any make up- and I came from having to use full coverage foundation every day. Now I wear B.B. cream sometimes but mostly I like to leave my skin bare now and enjoy it. My family, friends and boyfriend have all noticed the major difference in my skin. Not to mention, Semoney is so funny and great to talk to. Coming to my appointments is so much fun for me as I get to talk to her and relax and focus on my skin care. She is so intelligent and REALLY does her homework on skin care- she truly knows what she is doing and what your skin needs. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. I tried everything in the world , & everyone. She put me on a strict regimen and it took about 3-6 months to clear my skin. The hyperpigmentation took some time but it was definitely less than a year. The last 7 years I've been insanely clear, I rarley ever break out, my hyperpigmentation is non existent. Her products are sooooo phenomenal , they are gold. If you listen to her , the products will do all the work. If you are trying to clear your skin you'll definitely need to use the products and get facials often but at some point you won't need to get facials , you'll just want to get facials :) Because they keep your skin feeling clean & they're extremely beneficial for anti-aging and scarring. Also, not even a little massage--no rubbing of your shoulders, or anything. Again, a first for me. I have always received a bit of a luxurious massage. Uggh! My first two visits were fine and I really like the doctor. He's human and recognizes the patient also as such. Which I find to be increasingly rare. He also will take the time and trouble to personally, sincerely apologize for snafus. That said, they've had computer problems for the past week or two. My first appt. last Wednesday was cancelled due to this. I was fine with this (based on my so-far-good experience) and let it go. No one called me in the following 4 days so I did so on Monday. Ended up rescheduling for today Friday the 29th. Went for my appt promptly. Evidently the computer problem was still a huge issue - the office was backed up. I waited an hour before being called. When I finally saw the doctor he was very apologetic, but no one knew what I was there for and there wasn't going to be enough time to do it. I wished (and made my opinion known!) that someone could have 1) had a paper list and 2) asked the patients as they arrived what the issue was. If that had been done, I would like to think I would not have wasted a potential income-generating hour just sitting. Too bad no one reimburses you for that. Seems only logical and courteous to me. Of course I will go back but it leaves kind of a bad taste. Hopefully that will go away, back to the way I experienced it first!
