I had an appointment this week and specifically asked if they do extractions. I was assured they do. When they called to confirm, I asked again and they told me yes. I arrived a little early and was impressed with the way the place looked. It was very modern and clean. They took me almost an hour to take me. I asked a couple times and was told I would be taken shortly. Finally, I was taken to the room and showed the esthetician a concern I had. My Dermatologist said I had a pimple and a facial with extractions would take care of it. The esthetician told me this was a wart. I explained my Dermatologist said it is a pimple. She kept insisting it was a wart. Well, I trust my Dermatologist and decided to cut my losses. I told her I was going somewhere else for the facial and I ended up making an appointment with my Dermatologist. I was very disappointed with this establishment. Visited this med spa for cheek and chin filler with their PA-C Chad. Upon arrival I was greeted by two friendly front desk receptionists who checked me in and offered me water. I was in a rush getting to my appointment so I didn't have time to grab a fresh mask and was happy when they had some disposable masks available for clients. My visit with chad was wonderful. He LISTENED to what I wanted and took his time. I had a few important questions (vascular occlusion protocol, does he aspirate, injection technique, etc) prior to starting which he kindly answered. It was very important for me to look natural and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. He took his time and even changed the needle out which I loved as the needle tends to get dull during injecting and this can cause pain with subsequent "pricks" or "needle marks" on this skin. I chose to do my treatment without numbing but Chad offered several options to me such as numbing cream, ice, or even a handheld vibration tool to distract me. I received a total of 3 syringes and my comfort level the entire time was great as he was gentle. I am obsessed with my new cheeks and chin. Highly recommend him for any injectables! read more

Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal based on their reviews and great Groupon deal. I arrived at the spa and was greeted right away by two very friendly front desk girls. They were both attentive and kind. I was checked in and given out the required paperwork to fill out. I was unsure about the area I wanted done and the girl at the front desk reassured me that it would be painless and worth it. She totally convinced me and I'm glad she did. I met my laser tech Angie and she was just a delight. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. She made me feel completely comfortable and chatted with me the whole time during my service. She was just a delight. I have 5 more sessions to go and I will definitely be requesting Angie for the rest of my sessions. She talked to me about the laser that they use and the do's and don't for after my session. I was very happy with her professionalism and great attitude. The spa itself was super clean. I asked to use the restroom and the restroom was spotless. They are following all COVID-19 procedures. From masks to hand sanitizers and even cleaning and disinfecting areas after the service is complete. I was very happy with my service and the spa itself. I never ever ever get any procedures done, except for facials. So when I heard about microneedling at first, I was definitely skeptical but decided to give it a try. I found out about Introlift and after reading awesome reviews and seeing their pictures, I was set. I have a lot of acne scars and as I age, they seem to be getting slightly worse so I've been super worried about it. The procedure itself lasted about 30 min, it was absolutely pain-free, thanks to the numbing cream. They are seriously amazing, the location itself is so clean and perfect, makes you really feel at peace. My skin was red for about 3 days, which is expected and it started peeling after the 3rd day, after that, my skin was glowing like never before. They completely botched my lip filler. It was my first time getting it so I was "trusting the process". The injector immediately freaked out thinking she gave me necrosis of the lips, but then tells me "it's really rare". So I had to follow up with her and I was worried my lips were damaged. Talk about ruining a first time experience. That ended up not being the case for my lips but when they completely healed the symmetry was off. My top lip was way more full. I didn't trust them touching my lips again so I had to have my dentist drain the filler for me (which wasn't free). So not only did I waste money with this company, I had to give money away to get it fixed. And when they called me months later to tell me about a promotion going on, I told them about why I wouldn't be going back and they acted like they didn't even care. Update to my last review. I went for another session this time with Paola who was very nice. The treatment is messy as stated previous when they use gel. The treatment results were again not as I expected. Excessive hair growth. However, I don't think I will be returning to this office. The owner Orel confronted me in the waiting area at the reception desk stating how she was "offended by my review as there are no bad reviews". Instead of approaching me in a non hostile manner seeing why I felt the way I did she made me feel uncomfortable and tried to invalidate my review. They proceeded to have my skin analyzed and explained in details the results, I thought that was an added bonus I've never experienced before in other medical spas. She was so knowledgeable and sweet, she even noticed I had eyelash extensions and went above and beyond protecting my eye area so the products wouldn't affect my lashes. They had wine, water and information pamphlets available along with before and after photo books. The front desk had hand sanitizer and also clearly labeled sanitized pens for use. I got a vitamin C facial with dermaplaning and ultrasound massage that helps the skin absorb the products better. I have never had dermaplanning in my life, and it was an awesome game changer for me!
