I have been a member of 360 tans for almost 2 years now so I can't believe this is the first time I am writing a review! 360 is AMAZING. I have been getting spray tans for about 4 years and 360 is most definitely the best place I have been to thus far. I moved to Austin from California and trying to find the best spray tan place was difficult, but after my first experience with 360 I could not have chosen a better place to get my tans. I normally go to the south location and I have been very lucky with the ladies who spray me, recently Stephanie has been spraying me and she ROCKS! Bonnie at the north location is also amazing. Not only are they talented, but everyone who works at 360 is so nice and helpful. The products that they offer are great; I have the eraser glove, polish, tan extender and tanning mousse and glove. Because I go home to California to visit family a few times a year, it is easy to open and close my account so I am not paying for months that I am not there. The ladies are super helpful with this too! I have recommended this place to all my friends and they share the same love for 360 as I do! Keep up the good work :) read more

I would consider myself a spray tan addict and am very picky with how i like my airbrush tans to look. Every visit I have had at 360 Tans has been the absolute red carpet experience. Each technician greets you with warm welcoming energy and provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to have an amazing tan. I'm so glad I was educated about aftercare for my tan and was introduced to the amazing product line that they sell at the salons. I had done some research on Airbrush Tanning in Austin and after looking at a few locations I saw quality reviews as well as a promotion at 360 Tans. Since I was new to the airbrush tanning service I was a little nervous, but that changed the moment I walked in the door. The front desk was attentive and right away I knew I would be completely comfortable. I was greeted by Erika and she walked me through the airbrush tan process. She made me feel at ease and within 5 minutes I had a beautiful golden tan that not only looked natural, but had no smell/odor to it. Erika walked me through the steps of getting the most of the tan, which was very much appreciated since I didn't know how often I would be able to do it. Well needless to say, now 6 months later, I see Erika at least twice a month and I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get. I've decided that this is my treat to myself and being able to have this golden skin tone always makes me feel better. Plus, much to my pleasure I don't have to risk my health by laying in a bed to get the look. Erika always takes her time to get the color just right and every time I come in she asks me if the color is still to my liking and I haven't ever received a bad tan since walking through the doors. I am always greeted warmly and the staff always does their best to get me in when I have a tan emergency.. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company. I have been going to 360 Tans for 2 years to get airbrush tanned and I have never, EVER had a bad experience! I started going there for the events leading up to my wedding and my wedding, itself, but have continued to go because I love the real look of the tan I get there. I drive 35 minutes (by choice) to get there, because I love the tan, the team, and the service. Natasha, Jeff, and the entire staff have always been extremely professional, great at working with my schedule, and very skilled at spraying a very even, pretty and natural-looking tan every time. They make me feel as comfortable as possible during the actual airbrush process. Their formula, itself, looks very natural (unlike the Mystic or self-tanners I used to use) and I can count on it to stay for 7-8 days. Shelby does my airbrushing most of the time and she ROCKS. Not only is she great at giving you an awesome tan, she's super sweet, classy, friendly, and comforting. Natasha is FABULOUS. She's the owner, but she doesn't act like an all-important owner. Nothing is beneath her, she's a very hard worker, and she's excellent at airbrushing, of course! Natasha's husband, Jeff, is one of the friendliest dudes I've ever met. He treats every customer very well and both Natasha and Jeff work very hard to run a successful business. They are both extremely kind people and they are the reason I drive so far to get my tan. This is my first review to write. I'm ashamed to say I've been more of a user of Yelp than a contributor. I have never been to 360 Tan before today! I used a $20 groupon for a custom spray tan that would normally cost $50! They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I had the BEST spray tan EVER by Kailee! Kailee was very knowledgable, professional and thorough! She made me feel comfortable in what could be an awkward situation. Kailee also went over post tan care with me witch was helpful! I was surprised when Kailee said she was newer on staff. It didn't show at all she spray tanned like a pro..... I left a negative review for this company for how they handle memberships and basically milk money from you while being rude and not helpful. The manager or owner called me and offered to make it right by giving me the services I already paid for. Okay, I'll take that. So I make an appointment for the body wrap for Saturday at 10a. I wake up early and show up ready for my body wrap but they completely unapologetically didn't have me booked despite me making the appointment just days ago. The girl at the front acted like I was inconveniencing them and trying to take somebody else's place rather than it being their error. Then when I go to leave snarky says "Okay! Have a great day!" real rude. So - At this point they've taken around $350 from me without providing the services and even their attempt to "make it right" by giving me the services I've already paid for didn't work out AND they were rude. Owner blows my phone up all weekend with texts and calls. More texts and he calls me a series of bad names and threatens me if I leave a bad review. I'm at bronzed bunny now and they've been awesome and in my opinion it's a way better facility and better value. read more

The facility is conveniently located on Brodie Ln. and everyone was very professional and nice. I had an issue with my original tan, which was quickly addressed by management. I came back a week later and Vanessa took care of me. She really took into account my concerns and got me to the color I wanted to be. I went to the Brodie location for the first time, and was very happy with my experience. I gave this place five stars because of the customer service. The ladies that were working were warm and friendly, and although I did feel at the end that they were being a little too pushy over me buying a membership, I think the manager or owner realized it, and they backed off. Overall, this place is clean and friendly! My tan is absolutely gorgeous and is the color I was going for! I've done mystic tanning before, and this is nothing like it you guys! Tried my first spray tan ever at 360 Tans. I read the forms on their website and followed all preparations to a T. Day of I used bar soap, then shaved, then exfoliated. I used no lotions of any kind. The website said nothing about using soap to bathe beforehand. After my tan when checking out I asked how long it would last and they said: "3 days?" They told me I shouldn't have used soap. First of all who doesn't use soap or body wash when they shower?? That's gross. Then she tried desperately to upsell me on a bunch of different products and spray tan packages. After showering the next day, 80% of my $45 tan disappeared instantly. AND what remains is horrible! Take a look at the picture.... Regardless of the fact that I used soap, they did a TERRIBLE job spraying. Not worth the money or embarrassment! read more

BONNIE is seriously a miracle worker and definitely should be requested for ALL spray tans! She knows what she's doing (e.g., request her ab sculpting and butt lift), gets the job done quick, and has the greatest personality EVER!!! Love 360 tans! I love being a member so I can keep my golden hue all year long. The online booking makes scheduling a breeze and the hours can fit anybody's schedule. I have gone to multiple technicians and all have done an amazing job, the whole staff is the sweetest. As long as you take care of your tan as instructed, it will last for a long while. I was visiting Austin from Houston TX and really needed a spray tan . This place had great reviews so I decided to check it out . The salon was gorgeous and the ladies working there were very nice and pretty and looked professional. I have been spray tanning for years and this is probably the worst spray tan I have ever gotten . The first two days it looked decent even though it was super orange . After that it was extremely splotchy and just all around terrible. People were asking me what in the world was wrong with my skin. Usually, if I get a spray tan I don't like I can soak/scrub it off - that was NOT the case . I spent 2 hours in the tub trying to get this off and I couldn't scrub it off to save my life . 360 tans gave me the spray tan from hell!!! I will not be returning regardless of how nice the salon looks . On top of the bad spray tan they were overpriced . read more

Service gets 4-5 stars for friendliness but ultimately 3 stars because I didn't get much color at all and had to go back to get sprayed again. I also wasn't crazy about being "upsold" to so much. I went to 360 tans for an airbrush tan after reading the reviews on yelp. I went in a little nervous about being pushed to buy products afterward, but had NO problems there. Shelby was really nice and informative and did not make me feel uncomfortable about being mostly naked (I chose what I wanted to wear) at all. She was very professional and kept friendly conversation throughout the session. The tan looks great. I could see a color change as soon as she finished. I had tan lines immediately. Today is the second day after my tan, and it looks natural. I don't feel uncomfortable at all. Like I said, after reading some of the other reviews, I was nervous for checkout. But I wasn't even offered any products. There was no pushy service. This made me very happy, because we all know how pushy salons can be with products and tanning/salon packages. Anyone interested in a powerful weight loss and detox therapy in just a few weeks?? I just completed my 5th session (doing 2/week) and have lost 12 pounds so far!! I just lay down on this table, get wrapped up on my upper arms, thighs, bottom and stomach/back by the best technician here, Taylor. She's the best. I lay comfortably for 50 minutes and relax or watch roku tv. When the session is finished I'm am completely drenched in my sweat. It gets hot but not unbearable. They compare the caloric loss to running a marathon!! It's the most amazing and simple detox I have EVER experienced. My goal was to lose 15 pounds and I have 3 more sessions to go. I'm going to blow that goal out of the water. I highly recommend this to get in shape, lose weight and my cellulite is also disappearing! Wow! So glad I found out about this! I have been a customer for years and this is the BEST, most natural looking tan ever. I'm a melanoma survivor from my horrible tanning bed addiction in the 90s. I am now practically banished from the sun and I'm SO pale that every other spray tan and product out there looks freakishly orange on my lily white skin. 360 Tans is a godsend...finally, I found a formula that offers a reddish undertone for the fair-skinned Irish girls of the world. I was lucky that 360 tans was the first place I tried when I moved here and 7 years later I'm still getting quality tans. Natasha's products are amazing quality and consistent. WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE! So I purchased the deal of two tans for $50.00 WHAT A WASTE! The first time I received a spray tan there was NO color, my friend who is a professional spray tanner confirmed there was no color and had to re-spray me the following day. Because I purchased two sessions I figured I would give them another shot and mention (to the spray tanner) that I want to be EXTRA dark.. I left the solution on for 12 hours and even after all that time there was NO color!!! I had to go to my local tanning salon to have them fix my color. This was an EPIC disaster considering this is my graduation day and on top of everything the manager was a TOTAL ASS! I called to complain thinking at the very least I would get an apology + refund.. all he said was 'well our solution maybe to light for you, if you do not like our solution then don't come back'. WELL GUESS WHAT I WILL NOT COME BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE THAT I KNOW WHO LIVES IN THE AUSTIN AREA WILL NOT GO TO 360 TAN EVER!!!!!! HORRIBLE TAN + HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I called several salons prior to visiting this one. The salon employee who answered was very helpful and I liked the location which is close to one of the best centrally located dog parks in town (Bull Creek). I found the salon to be very clean and nicely furnished, they even have massage chairs to sit in if there is a wait. On the day I went there was no wait. Dinea (I hope I spelled it correctly) was very cheerful and helpful. She went over all the different offers and was there to make sure that you have everything you may need. Apparently the business has a new owner (I was told) and she informed me that they planned to have a lot of new events and offers for customers. The beds and rooms were immaculate. They provide eye cover and spritz and deoderant in each room. lotions, of course you must bring or buy...I think that they could have more of a selection but the prices were not out of line. Over all I will be back...bought a punch card. So, as of this time I would highly recommend this establisment. probably the only thing I would recommend to make this place even better would be music. Although I usually do have my Ipod with me on this occassion I did not...It is a nice feature to have a choice of music and they do not ,at the moment, have it in the rooms. My mistake...they have music...and the tanning creams and lotions have greatly improved. A REALLY great place with incredibly friendly staff and super clean beds. i'm a spray-tan-aholic. I'm ok with that. I've never been in a tanning bed, but I've done everything else under the sun to bronze myself (pun intended). Getting airbrushed by hand is definitely the way to go. The "hand" part is important. The hand needs to know what to do, and there is definitely an art to it. 360 Tans has a good hand. The best I've found in Austin, so far. You know I'll be trying others though; I can't resist the "first time customers" discounts that are common with these businesses! read more

As far as the airbrush tan A+++!! I have an airbrush tan membership, which allows me one airbrush tan/month (kind of ridiculous but whatever). When you call in to make an appt it's usually easy UNLESS you get the owner or if the owner is there. He always makes you feel like they're booked and there is no possible way what so ever to get in. If one of the girls answers they usually always try to work with you. Not being able to get in most of the time that I tried to set an appt. is the reason why I canceled my membership, or at least thought I did. If I want a spray tan for a reason and then I can't get in when I need to and you won't work with me in any way when I'm paying a monthly fee to get this ONE tan...I think that's a tad bit ridiculous and horrible customer service on the owner's part. I signed the cancellation paperwork and didn't get a tan for 3 months, not knowing that they were still charging me. If you want a great spray tan go here, the girls are really great and they do their job well! The only cons are the management, getting in when you need to, and following through with the cancellations. ***UPDATE*** The owner contacted me and was very apologetic in regards to my review. I understand that a busniess can get busy and I appreciate him taking the time to contact me directly to apologize for my bad experiece. Like I said before this place is great to get a spray tan and they always to an awesome job! So please goto 360 Tans if you want a great spray tan that it going to last and look natural.
