I have been wanting to get my eyebrows fixed professionally for quite some time now. After checking businesses & reviews on Yelp, The Brow Fixx seemed like a winner for me. There are so many great reviews and based on the photos of the customers, it's just the aesthetic I was looking for. It's an appointment only service. I made mine online through their website which was super convenient. You pick the service(s) you want (the prices are displayed so there's no surprises), then pick the availability for date and time, voila! Later you then get the confirmation via text & email and reminders before your appointment for the time & another one for directions which is really helpful. I really love the inside of the loft - it is clean and well decorated with white and a natural wood/neutral theme giving you a tranquil and upscale feeling (but with a reasonable price tag). Naomi is super friendly, pleasant to talk to, and knows what she was doing. She understood what I wanted after we talked and provided me with a great recommendation to fit my needs which was a plus. That's the reason I pay a professional to do it for me. I scheduled to have brows threaded and henna but after we went over the pros & cons and how my brows look, Naomi suggested we do wax & tint to start off. She made the whole process feel like a breeze. I literally felt like I was hanging out and talking with my girlfriend while getting my brows done. The result you ask, well...I was ecstatic to see how my brows turned out!! I couldn't believe they could look this good. My eyebrows look nice, clean with perfect shape, and the most important thing is they look natural.
