Called them at 7:20am to get a price to tow my car from the mechanic back to my home. The guy told me $220 to tow it 23 miles. I commented that it was expensive and was getting ready to tell him to go get the car when he hatefully said " I dont know what you expected to pay". So I hung up on him and he immediately called me back and once again, very rudely said, " there is more than just the tow, theres a hookup fee." Before I could say anything he hung up on me. Round 1: Disregard all other reviews. I was picked up in less than 30 minutes. Upon calling I was told several quote ranges depending on what was needed for my car. I was expecting to spend quiet a bit for the area I needed to get to. Will took me from Houston (Belliare Area) to Katy and the towing service was less than $200. Will was extremely friendly, had a clean truck, great conversation, fast arrival, safe driving. Thank you so much! Made a very scary experience have so much more light and positivity. Round 2: This is my second time now using this service. Amazingly enough Will yet again picked up my vehicle in less than 30 minutes. This time I was SO close to being home! I was 3.5 miles away! I was stranded in Kingwood, in a residential area. I called 360 ( didn't know who they were) and they said someone would be there in 30 minutes and that they would charge me $89.00 plus the drivers fee up to 10 miles ...." You'er covered up to 10 miles!" I asked him to repeat himself, because I didn't really understand how much I was going to have to pay. 1 1/2 hours later, the driver arrived ( so much for a 30 minute wait!) He drove my vehicle 2.25 miles and charged me the same amount...$89.00! I got screwed from behind on this one. I had to pay nearly $180.00 to get my car towed 2.25 miles away ( plus a new tire). First off when I called they answered the phone and I heard someone in the background say "what the f*ck" so I hung up. They called me back about 2 minutes later and said that someone would be to be in 5 minutes. My fiancé was 30 minutes away and made it before the truck driver did. I called the company back and the guy told me that the tow truck got a flat but he was 5 minutes away so I waited another 20 minutes then called to cancel and they tried to charge me $89 because the driver was "pulling in". I've now been here another 15 minutes and still no sign of the 360 truck. Thankful I called another company and they got here in LITERALLY 5 minutes. read more

Very dishonest about the price. I was told an estimate of 95 -135 for a tow on a side road with no traffic. My tow was just 4 minutes to my house. When we get there I was charged 159. Just a warning you will most likely pay more than they quote you on the phone. read more

Do not use this company. The call center will tell you there's a flat fee of $85 and then a fee of $25-$65 depending on labor. My tow truck driver arrived and said it was a flat $150. I called the call center back and the driver gave me a $15 discount after I repeatedly asked him to explain how he had decided my sedan posed the maximal labor cost. I called XPress Roadside here in Houston and they quoted me $105 for the same tow. If you need a tow, call XPress Roadside. read more

Do not use this company. My insurance agent contacted them to get someone out to me as soon as possible. I was stuck on the side of the road with my two small children. They ask my make and model and told me the one time payment would be 170. I was then told they would be to me within 20 minutes. After a lot of back and forth they canceled on me because I ask the name of the towing company. Their reasoning was I would leave a bad review. I needed to know who was towing my car. 3 hours later they finally got someone to me. Then they wanted to charge another 50 dollars because the type of vehicle I drive can only be towed on a flat bed. After speaking. To George he told me that my car should only be towed that way. I told him from the beginning you k ew what my vehicle was so I should be charged accordingly. He then stated he had all of our conversation recorded and he could prove I didn't tell him what I was driving. I had to tell him to go listen to the recording because they had to know what my car was when he asked my location and what vehicle to look for. I told him I was reporting him and calling my bank to cancel the payment and I was sending his tow truck driver away. He then freaked out and told him to tow my vehicle for the price I paid. The tow truck driver was really nice and understood through out it all. This company is getting exactly what they were afraid of a bad review. read more

We had a van that had a flat tire on the beltway and had no room to fix it so the driver called a tow truck and was told it would cost $129.00 with the first 10 miles free; after that a charge. 360 called an independent tow truck driver and when they got to the destination (2.5 miles) told him the bill was $500. When I called 360 the service person on the phone was rude, told me he couldn't talk to me because I was not the Customer -- we are the customer I told him, we own the vehicle and it was clearly marked with our logo. He commenced to "yelling" at me because I did not understand. I told him that this was truly highway robbery and that I would turn him in accordingly --- he laughed and said to who. They charged $129 to come out, $90 for hookup (includes up to 10 miles), $135 to use a dolly, $55 for straps and lights, and $65 for highway fees.....give me a break. The independent truck driver was real nice and understood why I was upset and we settled for $350.00. Pure abuse!! read more

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY. I will explain this later in this review. Well I had called them initially at 8 am. A male answer my call and gives me a quote $59 credit card deposit for the initial tow and 35 to 75 if the tow goes further than a 10 mile destination. So I thought, since my tow stop was only 6.5 miles away, I'm thinking less than a hundred dollars. Right? Wrong! Well the gentleman on the phone says my deposit is nonrefundable, even if I cancel the tow, or my truck is gone on their arrival. It didn't really click to at that moment why he said this. But I needed my vehicle towed ASAP, to get fixed to get on the road again. So I proceed with the tow. 9 am comes, and someone calls but I couldnt make out what he was saying and I ask him What? And he hangs up, so I took it as a wrong number call. About 9:15am I call the center and ask for an ETA, the gentleman puts me on bold. 2 minutes later he comes back and says the tech had called me. And I said oh, that was him. Then he just says he is on his way, and hangs up. Right then I understand why, they want a non-refundable deposit. They automatic take 60 dollars from the customer, so at that point, the costumer is on their time and not the other way around. They can take their time, or not even show. It was almost as if they wanted me to get frustrated and cancel. Why not? They already have my deposit. Easy money for them. So I call again at 20 minutes later. Then the gentleman says the driver is 15 minutes out. So now it's 2 hours after my initial call. So I wait another 30 minutes call back, then the gentleman says the tech is now lost. So I say tell me where he is and I will give you directions. He says he'll call me back on 3 way with the tech and I can tell him. Well I wait almost 10 more minutes and someone calls me and says he's 20 minutes out. So I asked him what happen to those 15 minutes almost an hour ago. He says he just got my order right before he called me. So this honest trustworthy folk back at the office just transferred me to another tech. So he comes 30 minutes later. It's now 3 hours and 30 minutes after my initial call. And did I mention when I tried to call the office they started forwarding my call straight to the new driver to avoid me. Then on arrival the tech informs me that since he drives a flat bed, that it's automatic $75. Wow! So now, do I say no.And start over, lose my deposit and wait even longer. No, I reluctantly have to move forward at this point. Horrible experience with this company. read more
