We stumbled across Ravi's shop, they had told me it was a simple repair. they then advise me they can repair it but told me it would be 7k for repair I asked where were they getting the parts from they said directly from the dealership "we all know that's the most expensive" I then let them know I have done my own research and found the parts and the total was only 4,000 gave them the website they then said they didn't want to wait for the parts to come in. They also said junk yards would only pay $150 for my car when I called other NEARBY junk yards they offered 1k and these guys gave me a number to their FRIEND because the $150 the "junk yards" would give me is HIS SON because his son wanted my car for himself. DON'T RECOMMEND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIP OFFS!!! Also disrespects women AND doesn't know ANYTHING they are doing I clearly paid in full for storage, and decided to harass me and my father because he can't afford to get his son things he wants. Don't speak upon what you don't know. Hope no other decent human being goes through this company. You already see how he's talking via reply to my review. Now look at text messages. Such a shame. This shop has been up for 5-6 years and they use other peoples work as their own. I found them here on yelp, wanted to give a try. I had to replace my brakes, rotors and the front inner fender shield. They took good care of those. I didn't have the parts. They found it for me but if you want to bring your own that's ok with them. The prices are really good. I am happy with their service. They provide different services. Check their description. I received what I believed to be excellent work! I was so happy with how my car turned out - so shiny, no "valleys" in the door, color blended PERFECT! Honestly, it was good as new and it I was very happy. I need to my car to look presentable for work and this body shop did a great job. I've had to take my…read moreless than 3 yo vehicle here back 3 times, for what was a very, very minor dent (I should have gone with my first instinct and done a "Dent Doctor") They made the original issue much worse than when it was originally brought in. The preparation, paint, and attention to detail are not there. Every shortcut was taken, and I had mismatched fittings, fisheyes in the paint, and shoddy body work. I would have taken it in a forth time, but I am just exhausted wasting my time there and seeing it get worse and worse. Not everyone is perfect, but this was a easy fix that has turned disastrous. I hope they do better on your car.
