365 Caffe Italiano has change a lot, The associates are not friendly as they use to be. They have not good actitud. The food is good but the restaurant is not clean as it used to be. The tables and chairs are dirty, the chairs are all around the cafeteria but not around the tables and some of them are broke. I sit in one of them and fortunately I didn't fall. When they bring the food at the table they just put the sandwiches on the table not even say enjoyed. Frequently out of napkins.The bathroom is in very dirty terrible conditions no soap, the floor is very dirty sometimes no paper and the toilet so dirty. I recently went to a cafe specializing in crepe, but I can confidently say this place had better crepes. The portion is big, the ingredients feel fresh, and most importantly, the thickness of the crepe was just thin and crispy enough. It could be a bit loud with milkshake machine, but they have a lot of seats so I think it's worth a visit if you're looking to sit down and eat. The sevice was a bit slow (understaffed) but not unbearable. Will have to visit for sweet crepe next time. read more

My wife and I have visited Cafe 365 at Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel, FL for over five years. During that time we have met many nice people, but times have changed and so has the staff. They used to be friendly and fun to be around, and we went there because we considered them a real joy. Now, the staff has changed ... and so has the atmosphere. They are not customer-friendly like they used to be. Most of them are from South America. Are we biased? No. We have uncles, aunts, mothers, fathers, nephews, brothers, and sisters from all over the world ... and many of them are from South America. We know the people. A word of advice ... do no hire several people from the same country. Why? They seem to get together and multiply their own agony and spread it around to other people ... and we see it in 365. The food is still great ... but they seem to be disinterested in their customers. They are frequently out of necesssary things such as: napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and coffee creamer, stirring sticks, etc. The bathrooms often appear like the alley outside. Today, when they brought our food to the table they plopped it down and said, "Enjoy" (with eyes averted) and with such a lack of enthusiasm ... we felt as if we might be a couple of invading coachroaches. We will NOT go back there until that staff moves on. When we pass by ... and if we still see the same sour faces inside ... we will pass on by until we see new staff. My wife and I are both teachers (and we also speak Spanish) ... so, we are accustomed to "reading" people and understanding them. There might also be mangement problems ... but we can only give feedback on what we see. My great ++++... grandfather was an Italian from Florence Italy (who went to work for King Henry 8th and played in his orchestra) ... sooo ... we definitely do NOT have a "bias-thing" against Italians (i.e., 365 Italian Restaurant). read more

I was in the area and I was looking to have a quick coffee around me. I searched near me and decided to have coffee from 365 Caffe Italiano. It is a popular cafe serving different types of coffee along with Crapes, Panini's, Waffles and Ice Creams. From the menu for coffee I decided to order Ghirardelli Frappe with Espresso Shot. I got my order of coffee in 10 minutes. I love my frappe which was delicious and had black chocolate which made it more delicious. Two ladies working, both silent. one was in training and knew nothing, with no help from the other worker. the other worker would just sigh but wouldnt help her. my total was $19 and some change.. for two drinks. i did the math after the fact and realized it was $3-4 more than it shouldve been. drinks were ok.. but not made correctly and not worth the price. also, if theres a new person, maybe have a manager present, or someone who actually can help train them. such an awkward experience. read more

The food is always great at 365 Café but anytime I place a pick up order, they never start making it till I go in at the pick up time and they tell me it's gonna be another wait because my order was never started. It's always a huge inconvenience because I work at the mall and schedule my pick up times at my scheduled break times and completely throws off my brakes every time. This place is you true authentic Italian cafe, they serve up a REAL macchiato not the latte you get from the green and white place that will be unnamed. They also serve up traditional gellato that's so good my pastor takes home buckets after every meeting. We ordered a combo of dark chocolate gelato / forrest sorbet which paired nicely and was cool and refreshing. Chocolate was good without being overly sweet. The forrest berries sorbet was fresh and crisp. The banana gelato with chocolate drizzles was rich and the flavors complemented each other well. So so so so so good!! This is a hidden gym at the mall. The food is made fresh to order and it's delicious. It seems as if the employees make food they want to eat, not they're just cooking just to cook. The waffles were to dieeeee for, omg!! Some of the best waffles I've had a in a while. I don't remember the specific name of the panini but it was all vegetables and it was really flavorful. My fiancé also enjoyed her omelet. I attempted to visit this location twice in the past 30 days, and, as far as both experiences go (was able to go the second time) I will not be returning, and I will be recommending to all people not to visit this establishment. The first time- we arrived 10 minutes before closing, and as I walked up, they locked the door (in front of me). The gentleman (black hair and glasses) started laughing and waved at me. I showed him the time, and walked away. Second time (got in) the place was packed, and my fiancee and I love Gelato, so we decided to give it a second go. The price was reasonable for good Gelato, but, as we took the first bites, we both looked at each other and tried each other's. I have never had worse Gelato ever. The chocolate had no flavor, and the strawberry had an interesting smell to it. I read the other reviews and I'm confused. We decided on crepes and cappuccinos today! They were amazing. I had a crepe with prosciutto, fresh mozz, tomato, arugula, and added grilled eggplant and zucchini. My additions made this over the top amazing! The size was great too. My cappuccino was so so good. How could I have not been here sooner. It was a great while. My hubby who didn't want to come here was so happy with his breakfast crepe with egg, mushroom, ham and cheese. We will be back here for sure. They serve gelato, sweet and savory crepes, paninis made with buns not traditional type pressed bread paninis and different coffees, cappuccinos, and espressos. Every time I travel to FL this is one of the places I have to go! They have great coffee, crepes, and gelato. My favorite is the affogato, which has a big scoop of gelato with an espresso shot. Good luck finding the place with a GPS. We drove around and around and eventually found it largely due to my stubborn nature. It's in the inner loop in the northwest part on the inside in a building that says "365". Parking is metered so bring four quarters for an hour. We didn't have any change and the old school meters didn't accept cards or any electronic form of payment. Luckily for us, no ticket was in our future! I'm a risk taker. Whew, now for our visit! I was thrilled they serve LavAzza coffee since it's absolutely my favorite. They even sell some bulk packages to go which is good to know since it can be very hard to find in Florida. I still have quite the stash at home so I didn't buy any more this time. We had a double espresso and a latte. The espresso was fine with a proper crema. The latte seemed a little weak. They have young girls working there rather than practiced baristas so perhaps that was the reason. We also tried some Limoncello gelato which was very smooth and delicious and pricy. I'm not sure when I will get out here in the future. But, I will try it again if the opportunity presents itself. read more

But their food is their product. The owner and the service should have known they were selling days old stale dessert from their beautiful display case.
