They have a variety of unique flavors and some of the classics! They seem to make their own ice cream in house which I love to see! The customer service was amazing. We got to sample lots of ice cream. The store was SO clean. It has ample seating inside to enjoy some ice cream. I got two half scoops of their 'Black Raspberry Fudge' and 'Triple Peanut Butter' both were delicious. My husband got 'Espresso Chip' and loved it. We will definitely be back to try their seasonal flavors! It's always important to shop and support local businesses!

She has a few coolers to display her Cheesecake, but some a completely empty. Now the cheesecake does look good, but we came for the Coffee! We were in the area and found this. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and actually, she made a mean latte. I was quite impressed! I was a bit skeptical, due to how the placed looked on the inside but having a real espresso machine was a good 1st step. I had a vanilla latte which was delicious. To keep it short It's a nice place, things are pricey, especially the Cheesecakes and it was just ok in comparison to other Winter Haven Coffee Hot spots - Haven anyone??? We were going to do coffee and cheesecakes for a Birthday Breakfast, but WOW, the cheesecakes were like 8 something a slice and they are small for the price. I don't care how good they are they are not a good Food to Value in my pockets opinion. We were there so we got drinks. 1 medium caramel macchiato for the Wife and it was very caramel sweet, not a good ratio in her opinion. We ordered a cappuccino, quad shot espresso, that I was charged for 2 espressos for instead of 1$ per extra shot like most other places. 2 Teas and it was over 30$. All the drinks could have been better. None of us really enjoyed them. Got the Fam some cake pops for 2.25 each everyone said they liked them. The service was good, only 1 kid working by themselves and it did take time for the drinks to be made. Luckily no one else was there so he was able to focus solely on our order. They were also out of a few different drinks the girls wanted first, so they had to choose a tea that was not really the best. My little one had the frozen hot cocoa and they enjoyed it. All in all we would most likely only stop back for coffee if we were in the area. It is a Sunday and we want coffee out, but not good enough to drive past our go to's for coffee on the other 6 days. Newly opened a week and trying to establish. The barista was exuberant and announced she'd be the new manager. The place looked the same-clean, modern, sparsely decorated and full of hope. Lots of plans but still working on a shoestring of supplies. Have their own custom espresso bean but no whole milk, only oat, almond. Eight cheesecakes on display, some looking "shabby" like before. No prices showing but told the slices range from 6.50 to 9.00, depending on ingredients. They were labeled in marker on the glass (difficult to read). No sign on exterior for restaurant-still need better marketing. Couple of $2 cakepops & cupcakes. Selling some cute gift coffee thermoses. She was promising breakfast & lunch options within 2 weeks including avocado toast, nutella banana toast, chicken salad on croissant and crepes. All said expanding to cheesecake apples, jars & cobblers. She noted all cheesecakes are made by 2 vendors, not on site. Also hoping for professional signage. I had a great slice of pie that had pecans throughout. Cold & creamy. With Diet Coke instead of coffee. I am hopeful for them and more customers than just me. The new manager sounds like a dedicated and hard worker. This could be an exciting venue and good competition for meals in Mulberry. Cheesecake was much tastier than my last two experiences with them.

This place has the best tea I've EVER had, it is second to NONE. I've tried many times to replicate…read moretheir tea, but they must have magic water, because even with Tabitha's recipe it's just not the same. Their menu changes seasonally and each seasonal special is always scrumptious. The menu staples that you must try: cheesy chicken crunch, any daily tea, smoked gouda pumpkin dip, windsors, broccoli salad, and the heavenly scones that come with Devonshire cream on the side. The scones come complimentary with your meal, but our family enjoys them so much we call ahead to warn them we're coming and order extras. It doesn't matter what flavor scone they're serving, they are all delicious; cooked perfectly, soft and crisp at the same time. I've yet to find any place with scones that can replicate or out do these, and since this place is over 1300 miles from my home, believe me I've tried. The scones here are so delicious that we even had them served at our wedding. Along with the daily tea they also offer a daily soup and daily quiche. This is one of the few places I've ever been where I've always been satisfied with whatever is coming out of the kitchen. They also offer dessert, but between appetizers, our meal and the many scones we have, there is hardly ever enough room left for dessert. Beyond the amazing food, this place gives back to their community. They participate in many of the local events, and promote the city. They host special events such as tea with the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, and Mrs. Clause, and these events have been major memory making events in the childhoods of our family. We love any event they're hosting. When our father was going through cancer treatments and couldn't make it to join us, as he usually would, they sent us home with a goodie bag with well wishes written on it for him. They are truly good people that value the relationships they build with their customers. We as customers were just as emotional as one of the servers when they were leaving to retire, which is just one example of the bonds built here. While this is a tea room and fully supports any fancy tea attire, you can also come as you are, they're happy to see you either way. They also have many hats through out the tea room that can be worn or used while there. In addition to food, they also have a retail area and various retail items throughout the tea rooms within the building. My favorite time to shop here is Christmas time because they have the cutest aprons which are perfect for making Christmas cookies with the family. They also sell the tea that they make, pre made or just the tea itself (loose leaf or in bags), they're not gatekeeping, they want to share the goodness. If you want to enjoy the Florida weather, you can opt to dine outside on the front porch. No matter which spot you choose to take it all in, you won't be disappointed. We come home to this area nearly 3-4 times a year and we never come back without making sure we visit this tea room. My only warning is that the neighbors next door aren't cool and they won't share the obviously available parking, so make sure to pay attention to the posted parking signage when choosing your spot. We also recommend a reservation if you plan to come with a larger party since the different tea rooms can limit where you can be seated, based on availability. Then there is the ice cream...lots and lots of unusual and favorite flavors, dirty sodas, fabulous milkshakes made to order, daily specials, ice cream to go....fabulous! On this visit, hubby had a very chocolate milkshake , made to order, I had a fabulous scoop of Salted Turtle, full of nuts and chocolate nuggets, and caramel.....outstanding. Every visit we try something different and we're never disappointed. Boy, it's good stuff.
