I'm not one to usually update any reviews, but I was so upset after my last lash lift that I felt it needed to be updated. I have been going to this location for a while now and they always do an amazing job. However, when I went yesterday I noticed the location seemed different and saw a couple of new faces. I hate to say it, but the new hires they have at the location just don't know what they're doing. She was quick, but the results were just terrible. This looks like I did it myself, and not at all the same amazing quality and satisfaction I'm used to getting from this location. I expressed to the tech that I definitely didn't expect the result as all the other times I've gotten my lashes done the results surpassed all my expectations. She did say she used a different size and offered to brush them out but I guess there's just nothing she can do at that point. I do have to say the location is very clean and comforting as always and employees are professional, it just sucks that I was not satisfied and overall very upset after this last time. read more

This is my second time back at 365 Lash Lift! I love coming here because of the quality and service. They remembered my first appointment and reminded me what mold I used the first time to replicate the previous style and walked me through what other options were. The technician is not only helpful, but kind and lovely to talk to. She even remembered me coming with my friends previously :) The beds are so comfortable I have fallen asleep during the process, despite it being quite quick! I believe my friend and I's appointment was at 12 and we were able to get on the 1:03 train back home which was awesome. I personally don't like wearing mascara, so as is & my eyeliner is such an easy look I like on myself! Compared to makeup/falsies/extensions I found this as the best option for me, and if you want to figure out if it's a good fit for you 365 has an awesome first time deal. Dani is a AMAZING! I got my first lash lift EVER done here in May, and I went back again a few weeks ago because of how amazing my lashes looked after the service! The lift could last up to 6 weeks, but I had them redone at around 5 because of an event I had to go to. However, they definitely still looked great by the 5 week mark! The place is so clean, and free water is offered, which is a lifesaver after needing to take the bus there in 90° weather! I even referred my sister here, and even she is thinking of going back again sometime soon! Will definitely be coming here more! read more

Ive gotten a lash lift here twice now, and both times i've left totally satisfied. Its very easy to book with them online, the girls there are always very kind, and gentle with your eyelashes. The studio is very clean, modern, and soft music is always playing in the background making ur time there rlly peaceful. The techs take into account what kind of curl you would like depending on the look u r going for. My lash lift always comes out so nice and lasts me about a month.
