I wish I had been happy with my lashes, but I wasn't. This was my first time at this location, prior to Covid I have had lashes for many many years. I've never had this happen; I know there are steps to take care of your lashes post application. In less than a week of application a large chunk of the lashes on my right eye came off. I looked very lopsided and I messaged the business with photos, because I was so disappointed. I also specifically asked for very very natural lashes, which in the past have always been one lash applied on top of each existing Lash. Instead I was given 2-3 lashes per eye, and I did not like the results - it made my lashes very heavy and the extensions fall out more easily, and in unsightly chunks. My eyes were also irritated for over a week each time I washed my eyes very carefully. When they texted me about a follow up appointment and I said all of the above, how upset I was, I was told that they gave more lashes per existing lash for more volume. That's not what I asked for. I don't felt like I was listened to, or heard. I also wanted it shorter and less of a curl, but I felt like I was pushed into more than I was comfortable with. Overall I just was not happy with my experience and I was asked to come in for a refill after one week - when my lashes should've last much longer than that. Now I feel like I have to wait weeks for the stragglers to fall out before I can go to another location and get them fixed or else pay extra to have them removed completely. I feel very sad because I spent money and time to come here. Was the service nice? relatively. Did I still tip like a decent human? Yes. But I won't be coming back. Sad. read more

Recently got my refill and I honestly cannot go anywhere else but here. It's a bit pricey to keep these lashes gorgeous, kind of like an investment so I won't have to wake up everyday and put on falsies. The owner Lina is the kindest and is super gentle on the eyes, making sure to ask if there's any irritation and really takes her time doing lashes. When I first got the the OLash($200) they took around two hours to apply them on my non existent lash hairs. My refill only took about 45 minutes! I recommend the real mink set and i think it's worth the money to get extra full or even double set. I've tried many Groupon deals for eyelash extensions and I would say this is by far the best place I've gotten my lashes done. The first lady that attended to me was trying to convince me and steer me towards the other lashes that were more expensive and not covered by the Groupon deal. Thus, giving me the impression that they just wanted my money. I stayed firm with what I originally bought because I wanted to see how well the lashes will look on me before coming back. Another con might be not feeling too secure with my things being out in the open with my eyes closed during the session, so a box to under the bed for my items would've been better. The session was comfortable and soothing so I was drifting in and out of sleep. I originally had the lady, who was trying to convince me to pick the other lashes doing my lash extensions, but when the session was over and someone told me to open my eyes, it was a different lady named Olina. She had told me that my lashes are thin but she did the best should could do for me. I checked my lashes in the mirror and I instantly fell in love! The lashes didn't bother me one bit and they came out better than I expected! Olina did a wonderful job on my lashes! At first they are so sweet and friendly, then it turned into a terrible experience with too many lashes and way too much glue. Lashes looked like cheap, thick lashes. They tried to fix it but with a bad attitude and barely changed anything. Also my lashes felt super tight and bunched up together in just a two days. Later on my real lashes were so damaged from them using way too much glue. Very disappointing and a total rip off for such high price. Girl in the front tries to smooth things over but its all a fake act, do not trust this place. They must pay for fake reviews as well and remove negative ones on google. O beauty: My first time getting eyelash extensions I was nervous because my mother in law got them done (not here) and they looked...not good. Last stop on the q58, or you can take the 7 to the last stop and it's just around the corner. If you get here too early you can grab starbucks (like I did) and hang out a little bit. Once I actually arrived I kind of barged in unintentionally there's no doorbell and I wasn't sure if I should knock because...what was she gonna do get up mid application and open the door?? (either way I'm sorry) but the technician was polite and told me she was the only one here so I did have to wait a little bit. Which was cool, they have a small couch where you can wait and they music playing softly. It's nice and sunny in the "waiting room" I basically watched the other person get their lashes done. Which isn't too bad for me, they're making do with the space they have. I respect it. Her previous appointment ran into mine and she continued to apologize although it was okay. I know that stuff happens. Once it was my turn she explained to me all the different types of lashes and styles. Very informative. I explained to her what I wanted and she gave her opinion and I took it. The lashes look beautiful, exactly what I wanted!!!! It was a little uncomfortable but not because of her, I just wasn't used to it. I feel asleep a couple of times actually. The price isn't bad at all, BUT do bring cash. I came here twice to get my lash extensions. My first visit wasn't so pleasant due to the fact that my extension fell off within a week. I called and told them my issues and they were more than happy to fix them. I revisited them after a week and had my lashes redone. They did mention that sometimes that our lashes go through a cycle and which is why my extension may have fallen out. After getting them redone I did not have a single complaint. I absolutely loved them and they lasted over a month. I will definitely be coming back here next time. I was going there for a long time , in the beginning they didn't have a lot of clients so for every client they detected their time, effort and creativity. Unfortunately due to the lack of work the owner slowly started to bring in cheap quality glue and asked her employees not to use so much eyelashes on each client so that the product doesn't go away fast (in Chinese) . I slowly started to get serious allergies to the point where I had a second eye . I have asked the owner to change the glue since I'm sensitive but the owner didn't want to invest and didn't take me or the other customers in consideration. Then she told her employees ``stop using so much lashes on clients" because of that I had to spend more money and go there once a week instead of every 2 weeks .
