Some of the accent pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (we are non-smokers). When I closed the bedroom door with the pillows in there, the entire room smelled. Also, there were two canvases used that had visible and significant amounts of mildew growing on them. Lesser issues were dusty plants and a wrinkled and messy poster in one of the frames used.
