I had had an ant problem so there were many dead ants in a hallway and the bathrooms which the team cleaned up thoroughly, to my delight! There were a couple areas they missed initially but when I pointed them out they were quick to take care of those. Fast and great communication. For a 995sq ft 2bed1bath is was a little over $400. We requested a deep clean, move out service. There were 3 cleaners that came on time. They did a great job cleaning the interior of the house and finished cleaning in about 3 hours, they asked us what we wanted targeted in particular in the house. The team did a great job on a pretty dirty oven interior, making it spotless. The landlord was super impressed and said it was probably the cleanest she'd ever seen the house. I contacted Martinez Cleaning Service for a deep clean of 3.5 bathrooms and their team of 2 was available to take care of it the next day. I really appreciated how they communicated so promptly over text and gave enough detail to know what to expect. They even texted me after the service to check in. I let them know there was just a small spot that was missed in one of my shower shelves and they offered to come back at no charge to touch it up although I told them there was no need (I missed it too upon inspection before they left). Overall, I was satisfied with their excellent service and was surprised that they even cleaned a few things I wasn't expecting, like hard water buildup on soap dispensers and the dusty top of a candle cover. First of all, it's cleaner than the pictures make it seem. I live in an old unit, so the walls and tiles are beat up no matter how much cleaning is done. Found Martinez Cleaning Services from an ad on IG. It said she responded within a day. She responded almost instantly. Very professional. Asked for all the relevant details. Her price is very reasonable for the deep clean my bathroom needed (I'm a bachelor - bathrooms aren't my thing). Showed up on time and they did a GREAT job. She was very sweet and professional when we discussed scheduling and the type of cleaning I needed. Her team was sent to my apartment and I gave them a heads up on areas that needed more cleaning than others. They were very sweet and friendly when I had questions. I believe pricing is based off of the side of the area getting cleaned AND if some areas need more work than others. I highly suggest future clients to send over photos ahead of time. They rescheduled for the Friday before the party (the day before) and canceled. Now I've also got a messy house to clean along with all the food to prepare. I think this place is a scam. She arrived, did a quick walk thru and went to work. I'm got a call about 3.5 hours later that they were wrapping up. Showed up to a nice and cleaner home. I requested a deep clean for a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath plus an office and flex room. We have 5 cats and a dog. They were friendly with the animals and very respectful and professional with my belongings. They asked what I wanted done. They did everything I asked for and more. I had a deep clean done from a competing company a few weeks ago which left a lot to be desired. I would give this company 10 stars if I could! They encouraged me to review every area after they cleaned it. They did miss a few small things which I caught on the walkthrough. They went back and corrected every little thing I pointed out kindly. They even were able to reach all the way in the corner where my baby grand piano is.
