The manager or owner... I'm not sure what his name is... Maybe Jorge or Julio... Anyways... This guy sells me a used 18 inch Mercedes wheel for $75.00... My car has 20 inch wheels on them. I was told to use it for an emergency spare... I never used the wheel.... I tried to return the wheel today because I don't need it... He said we don't take any items back. He said why you want to bring back the wheel?... We don't return anything...He was very rude and unprofessional.... I've been a customer since 2017... Stay away from this place... They have some good quality tires but they sell you crap they paint the tires I whent for there to put some tires on my car they gave me the crappyest tires they were cracked but they just painted over it then the short guy was trying sell me a donkey I will recommond to go to a different tire shop read more

Very poor over the phone service, was told I cannot be told the price over the phone. Clearly trying to see what car drive so they can raise the price if needed. I have never had a tire place outright refuse to give me a price over the phone let alone not even give me an estimate. Went for a couple used tires. They told me $50 each, told them thanks but I'd pass. They stopped me and asked my price range. Told them $25-$30. They found some cheaper ones. A guy came when they were in the middle of changing them. He starts asking them questions and next thing you know, they told me to take the old tires or they would have to charge me to dispose of them. Disrespectful and rude how they tried to charge me more after the work was done. I told them to put them back on, the guy who was telling them to charge me more came up and acted like he was trying to help me out and told them not to worry, when I got in the car my wife asked what was going on. I was telling her when all of a sudden the guy was telling me if I had something to say about him to say it to his face. I told him I was talking to my wife and that I wasn't happy how the whole transaction was done, he just kept saying "Wow....Wow..wow" in a sarcastic way. read more

I had a bent wheel and a flat tire, they charged me $65 to straighten the steel and get a new tire. Which is a reasonable price! Everyone was so friendly and they even gave me a tire rotation for free! If you're in the area and don't want to get screwed over, I would definitely come here. read more

Where would find a good used tire at 7am on Thanksgiving Day? RIGHT HERE!!! More surprisingly was the fact that he had a TRAILER TIRE!!! He quoted me $45 for the used tire (after all, it *IS* a trailer tire...) and it was in GOOD shape! He knocked $5 off because he had to patch it after he pulled a nail from it. I told him I would take the tire AND pay for the patch, but instead, he gave me a discount!!!! read more
