Called the store back to tell them something was wrong for them to tell me to bring it back. They assessed it again and determined something was not right. They took it back and after 3 more hours they called me to tell me they could not get it to hold and alignment. After arguing with them that my vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align. They keep insisting it is my fault my vehicle is now broken and they can't fix it becuase they don't do that work.

Dont waste your time or your money, the folks here at RNR tire talk a great game about 6 months…read moresame as cash but this deal hides some nasty work. You will be charged weekly fees that are not explained at the time of purchase making your tire purchase exponentially more expensive. They don't charge interest for financing the tires but they do charge some absurd "insurance" and "taxes" on a weekly basis that conveniently workout about the same as if you were paying interest. At best they are disingenuous in advertising 6 months same as cash but I believe the truth is that RNR makes their money misleading people about the cost of their product and the nature of their services. Most other tire shops offer the same or similar financing options without the added scam that RNR tries to pull, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for your automotive needs. As of today I have paid over 900 dollars for 2 tires for a 2015 Honda accord, don't make the same mistake.
