From the very beginning of the process all the way through to the end, it was seamless. They went above and beyond communicating and provided everything I need from the tile to the countertops as well as the plumber. They easily and confidently answered all of my millions of questions and helped me pick out a beautiful combination of tile and countertop. I highly recommend East Coast Granite and Marble.

I would not recommend East Coast Granite & Marble. While their granite selection is good, the…read moreoverall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Sales rep Melissa seemed helpful at first, but failed to follow through on important details. I clearly told her during the site visit that the countertop needed to be flush with the cabinets (as the existing one was) to accommodate a 36" fridge. She assured me it would be done correctly. The installation crew was rude and unprofessional. The countertops were installed unevenly, with a gap that widened toward the wall and a front edge that wasn't flush with the cabinets as promised -- making it impossible to fit the new refrigerator. When I raised the issue, I was told they can shave it down for another $300. I escalated the concern to her manager, Devon, and offered what I thought was a fair resolution (splitting the cost), but Devon refused. She said their installs are based on "existing furniture," despite our clear instructions. She even said it costs them "$250 just to call their guys." I had already selected granite for a second project but walked away after this experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and a "take it or leave it" attitude. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. After the terrible experience with East Coast Granite & Marble, I ended up working with CARY GRANITE, at the recommendation of our tile professional, and the difference was night and day. They communicated clearly, followed through on every detail, and treated us with respect -- everything East Coast Granite failed to do. I only wish I had gone with Cary Granite from the start.

I clearly remember my Father asking this sales person three separate times during this conversation about the sink if they were actually going to install it and they said yes. This was a big reason we decided to spend money with them. Once the installers arrived they refused to do the promised work because they didn't have plumbing insurance. We called and spoke to three different people at their company to either get the cost of the plumber covered because the salesman lied or to have it done. We were put through to the owner of the company who was extremely rude. Instead of providing great customer service, the rude and arrogant owner instead threatened to put a lien on the house if my father did not pay even though they did not do what was promised. Horrible people and liars from their owner down to their sales team. Avoid at all cost.

I had Atlantic come out almost 2 months ago for a quote on a bathroom remodel and still have not received one. First time I called to get an update, Danny said I would receive an estimate by the end of the week. That didn't happen so I reached out again a week later and got no response. Completely unprofessional. Expecting my first born next month and was looking forward to having my bathroom done by then. PS. The employee who came to measure the bathroom for the estimate walked into my house through the garage door when he arrived. Scared me and my husband. Please make sure you knock at the front door when arriving at someone's house.

I've attached clear photos showing the damage.I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded that the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The second photo shows the peeling near the sink which may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked everyday to cause this much peeling. The first photo is of a drawer on an island far from sinks/stove splashes as is some of the other affected areas. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. It's disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1-2 stars for the product failure and warranty experience.
